There are three things to look forward to when you dine at The Food Cathedral and decide that you want something from Bad Boy Tikboy: pizza, craft beer and chili - lots of chili. Mmmm... What a good combination.
We're so used to brick-oven pizzas that hearing about grilled pizza seem so uncommon. And that's what Bad Boy Tikboy specialises in, grilled pizza in flavours that will surprise you! They have their pizzas of the week as well. And this week's pizza flavour is Pizza A La Cubana which has ground beef, raisins, saging na saba and torched quail egg. I know. That sounds a bit weird but you have to trust these guys with pizza.
Don't miss out on their own brand of chili from Bad Ass Food Products. They have: Level 1 Low Fire Sauce, Yellow Bastard Fire Sauce, Goodbye 2014 and Jamaican Me Crazy (all for P200 each). They also have what they call Death Drops wherein you only need two drops of these bad boys because they'll really make your mouth feel like it's on fire!
Next stop that I have to take note is that they sell craft beer which was made by the owner of Bad Boy Tikboy's friend called Fat Pauly! Fat Pauly was superb. I had the Zamboanga White (P180), a tropical wheat ale, and it was really good crafted ale! They were brewed all the way from Iligan. They have two more flavours: Ilaya, hopped pale ale and Maria Cacao, milk chocolate stout. Very interesting flavours, right?
