(2 hrs away from SLC) The owner, Redge, was so helpful troubleshooting with me over the phone. I was still about 30 min away from his location, so he didn't move straight away to "let me tow you" method . INSTEAD, he gave me some advice to see if I could eliminate any kind of auxiliary help. Any basic lube technician should know better than to use anything other than high mileage. When I called in the guy told me he asked for full synthetic which he did not. They offered that to him and he figured they knew what they were doing so he went along with the suggestion. More like they took advantage and used the highest mark up.
