I showed up first thing the following morning and the bike was ready for delivery as was all papers. Delivery was very efficient. Fast forward a year later, while doing maintenance myself, I ran into an issue that needed corrected. Whether the issue was created at the factory, the 500 mile service or by me was undetermined. However the dealership was more interested in getting the bike fixed than playing the blame game. They fixed the bike at no cost to me and with no drama. For this reason, IMC of Palm Bay will be my first stop for my next bike purchase - likely in the coming year. Thanks to Alex, Zachery and the entire maintenance team for their professionalism and no-drama approach with getting my bike back on the road and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt. I won't forget it!

It was still too small. Guess I have a fat head lol so I told them let's order the next size up and they told me no problem but when I asked about my money back of a little over $121 or apply it to the one coming in the parts guy now tells me different from before I ordered it. There are no refunds so now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear or my wife for $121 so I went elsewhere and ordered me a helmet that came in and it fit. The color practically matched my bike, so I'm thrilled from there now I know I read Yelp before I went to buy, and I really should've listened to my gut instinct because most of the problems fell in the parts department and repair. I guess they call it service dept. so I went to the manager and said is this how you treat your customers now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear for $121 and I told him if this is the way you're gonna deal with me then I'm not gonna be coming back here. He actually laughed at me and said we get that from customers all the time you'll be back I have not set foot in that place since because I mean what I say and I say what I mean I know it's a quote from Horton the elephant lol. and I think the worst part of the whole experience was the bike was priced at 4470.65 but by time they got done with all their fees and everything it ended up $8513.39 on the Yelp before I purchased. I got warned about how their feet crazy there they weren't kidding $510 delivery service charge $450.99 for electronic registration filing fee freight charge was $1200. I'm thinking that's inflated because of our illustrious leaders tariff war lol then $530 service contract $700 gap insurance which I got insured on my insurance the next day I never saw anything back from that $700 dollar 50 for lead acid battery fee and $28.35 for a new tire fee bar in mind this bike is brand new zero mileage of course it's gonna have new tires but pay a fee on it when they came with it so total cost brought it up to that $8513.39. from now on, I will definitely check Yelp and take it a little bit more serious instead of a discouraged buyer or customer and put a little more research and thought into it. and if you think I'm making this up, here's a photo of the sales receipt fee fees and things. I don't understand why they're charging me for, but I really wanted the bike because I knew we were gonna have gas prices going up and I called that one unfortunately and at 124 miles to the gallon, but I actually get 87.5 because you have road and wind and weight that apparently they don't consider when claiming that mileage!!! don't get me wrong there ain't nothing wrong with this bike. It's beautifully made and runs outstandingly, but like the upset and I reiterate, it's the parts and service department. You're gonna wanna stay away from that.

Their shop and facilities are based in an old rectangular structure with aluminum siding with an entryway in the middle and a garage door on one end. It's not much to look at but just reinforces the old axiom, looks can be deceiving. On my first experience, I found their website from a friend, and clicked on their phone text number inquiring about the $ cost replacement of two HD Softail Deluxe tires. I got a return text thanking me for my inquiry and asking my preference - Dunlop's or Metzler's, with a price quote for each (The Dunlop's were a little more). I called them, stated I wanted the Dunlop's installed at their quoted price and they told me I could bring my bike in anytime. I dropped my bike off with them later that week and picked it up the following day with a job well done of new tires on it. My more recent experience was a result of a split throttle cable on my 2014 Softail. I usually visit YouTube first to determine how difficult and what kind of tools are needed in case I decide to do the job myself. But In this case, it was going to be more involved than I was wanting to do. I call A.C.S. and explained my situation. I gave Colin my information and he said that he could order a new cable, and could have it installed with only an hour of labor. I gave him the green light to order the new cable and later that week, I dropped my bike off where Colin and his group made the repair. Both times I was very happy with A.C.S.'s service, prices, and end product. I've had good experiences with them and trust them to do good work. I highly recommend them.

While servicing my car, a technician removed a personal hygienic item from my glove compartment, openly tossed it across the service bay to another employee, laughed about it, and later attempted to deny what it was when confronted. This occurred during business hours, in full view of customers. 1/26/26 approx. 3:15pm. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. My Harley Adventure I was so excited in February 2010; I had just completed the Motorcycle Safety course and got my endorsement so I was on my way to a whole new life as a female motorcycle rider. After a 2 month search I found my bike at Space Coast Harley-Davidson in Palm Bay Florida. It was the perfect color, perfect size, it felt just right. Since I was a new rider and I had never purchased a motorcycle before nor did I have any previous experience in maintaining this type of vehicle - I had tons of questions and concerns, especially since the bike was not a 'new' motorcycle. The salesman told me that there were "no" previous owners even though there were 9,449 miles on the odometer, it had been a 'demo / rental'. (I thought, great, someone else has worked out the kinks.) I asked if there was any other history that I should be aware of - I was assured that there was not. In fact the bike had all of its maintenance done at this dealership so they were intimately aware of everything about this bike from the beginning. I was provided with the complete service records (at least that is what they told me.) I began the purchasing process. I got the wheel and tire option and the advantage maintenance program; I also got the warranty extended to give me the 20,000 miles I would have received if this had been a 'brand new' bike [it was extended to 29,449]. I spent a lot of money so I would not have to worry about anything. Moving ahead to the 10,000 mile check up, remember this bike had 9,449 miles on it the day I bought it. This 10,000 mile service was one issue I felt railroaded on as I wanted Space Coast to just go ahead and do that 10,000 mile check up the day I bought the bike since the mileage was so close, they said, 'No, just go ahead and ride it for the 500 miles then come in for the service.' So I was back a month later. I asked for the upgrade to synthetic oil at this time. About a half hour into the service the rep said the rear tire needed to be replaced. That really upset me as I had only put 500 miles on this bike, but again because I am a beginner, I got the new tire. [Now I'm having a not-so-pleasant experience with my dream bike from Space Coast H-D.] Six months later the bike is at 15K time for the next service. I began looking over my bike before leaving the service area: 1st , there were visible tool marks on the brake fluid cover, you could actually see where the imprint of the pliers' teeth had completely scraped the paint from the cover's surface and dug into the metal...now I understand the nature of brake fluid and that it will damage or breakdown painted / coated surfaces etc. but to deliberately force the cover off with the pliers without using something to protect the surface is just wrong. 2nd upon reviewing the service summary I noticed that they had put 'regular' oil back in my bike. This totally diminished my confidence in this dealership's service staff. Over the next year I was only able to enjoy the bike for about 5,000 miles because work kept me away and then I had a few surgeries. Now I think it is time to sell my prized possession. I advertised for what seemed a reasonable price ($13,900). I thought any new owner could take the bike for the upcoming 20,000 mile maintenance and establish a relationship with the dealership - I would pay to transfer the maintenance agreement etc. Near the point of wrapping up the sale with the potential buyer he asked for the VIN# as he wanted to speak directly with Space Coast H-D service area & get the history report on the bike for himself. The buyer contacted me later that day with the information he received from the sales and service staff at Space Coast H-D; they told to him that 'the bike had been dropped on several occasions'. I was shocked and dismayed, I had never been told about the bike being dropped. I called the dealership the next day and also requested to speak with the same people who gave my potential buyer this historical information - they still have not returned my call. I paid to run a CarFax vehicle history report on April 13th 2012. I was very surprised to find that my bike was involved in an accident with another vehicle on May 3rd of 2009, nearly a year prior to my purchase! Also imagine my disgust as I learned that this info was not available from CarFax until August 24, 2010, four months after I purchased the bike. This historical information was never given to me! I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Softail for nearly two years, but now over the past two weeks I have become profoundly disappointed in my buying and ownership experience because of this apparent deceit from the Space Coast H-D staff. I have no confidence in this dealership and they lack common decency and ethics. I understand about 'let the buyer beware' and all - so please be extra careful if you plan on making a purchase of a demo/rental or for that matter any bike form this dealership!!!! read more

This was my third purchase, guess I'm the fool. First experience was fair we purchased a new ultra low, second purchase was a used trike.. they did not do a 50 point inspection on the trike when we got it home we noticed an oil leak, since it was under warranty we took it to Dealer who let us know the aftermarket oil filter didn't fit right and was causing the problem.. of course not covered by warranty my expense. That should have been caught and replaced in the so called inspection. We end up at the dealer again in a retail junkie and can't help but buy new Harley gear every few months! While there we see a heritage we liked and wanted a CASH deal. Once agreed upon I tell them do not run my credit I'm paying cash... they push n push saying they are number 1 because of the points they get from Harley on every new loan. I tell them I just bought a couple weeks ago at another dealer if u can use that credit pull then I'll finance a portion. But again do not pull my credit Ended up being Harley computers were down so they did my cash deal, a few days later I get an alert from my credit monitoring that Not only did they pull my credit it wasn't even for Harley finance they pulled it through launch credit union! Liars. Scumbags. I also canceled the extended warranties and gap coverage on another bike and two months have past with still no check. Do Not Do Business with them. read more

We brought our motorcycles by ship from Germany to Florida, and drive here a round trip through Florida. After a breakdown with my wife's CVO Street Glide, we happened to hear about the company Space Coast Harley Davidson. The water pump has given up its spirit. So we arrived there we were treated very nice and very courteous. Without having previously arranged an appointment, the repair was carried out within 3 hours. We had to pay nothing because we were still in the warranty period. I think it's great to buy a motorcycle in Germany that you get repaired in the US on warranty. Bought many bikes from SCHD. The last bike I bought was the WORST deal I ever made. They just "humped themselves" out of any future business deals from me. Check out ALL the other dealers before buying at SCHD. You will be happy that you did. At one time, SCHD was a pretty good place to buy. I advise anyone to avoid this place like Covid-19. Rob in Sales is a super-nice guy. Dawn in F & I was a delight. Chris, the Parts Manager took care of me with the purchase of some accessories. After Dawn and I completed our paperwork, Rob and Chris securely tied my new machine down in the trailer. I was in and out in under two hours. Due to the dealership's distance from my home, I will likely not be utilizing their service department. But if I lived closer, I certainly would. Superb experience in every respect. All-in-all, I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

I was so pleased with the price I decided to get my scooter serviced, and again the price was amazing compared to other places. It didn't need much, but it was done in less than a day, too! I am still relatively new to biking, so I asked some question and they gave me a quick but informative rundown on what they serviced, and what will need to be fixed in the near future! Talking with some of the guys there was a pleasant experience, as a bonus. Thank you G P Bikes! Keep up the awesome work. I would definitely try this place out if you can, fantastic! Honestly the only thing I can say constructively, is the bolts they originally sold me weren't the parts the company labels as "correct," but they definitely know their stuff and were quickly able to find bolts that did the job and gave me tips to make them last longer than the first ones!

Troy is the owner and head mechanic and very good at serving motorcycles. My wife's Harley Davidson Deluxe was recently due for a service and new back tire so we brought it in. I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.

Mike and staff did a great job including giving me a price break on the labor charge since it ran 13.5 hours. No complaints oil pressure better than ever would recommend this shop. I would strongly suggest that Harley Davidson owners get their cam chain tensioners checked at least at the 20 to 25,000 interval. 2006 & newer models can go longer but check before 50k.

After riding 4,000 miles from California to Florida I knew I would need a rear tire on my 2014 Street Glide before riding home. With that I also know that the best advertisement for a bike shop is other bikers . Even better was from a a local moto officer. I was hanging out one afternoon shooting the breeze in a cigar shop and ran into another biker and started asking for recommendations. His bar none hands down choice is Palm Bay Powersports. He made a call and let Chris at Palm Bay Powersports know I was going to be calling. I did make the call a few days later and was greeted by the nicest gal Teri. We chatted a few minutes about my needs and how much a tire mounted on the bike would be out the door. Teri put a tire aside for me and they offered a great price! Chris then made sure to let me know that there were a few recalls on the bike and to make sure Harley takes care of those for me. He even printed them out! Love that service. I brought the bike in for the tire today and was met with the same outstanding service. The shop was clean, cool, comfortable and this is important as I was a customer waiting for my bike to be completed. Chris chatted with me when I came in to drop off the bike to make sure I got everything I needed. He checked my brakes, helped me tighten my loose housing, and talked about my tire wear. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Great bike shops are hard to come by and this is a great one!
