The atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming like the other dealerships I been to in Melbourne. I ended up purchasing an r6 from Jacob over at Route 1 Motorsports and couldn't be happier with the service. I had stretch a mechanic from Harley-Davidson install a cam and a new exhaust with high flow oil pump and cam plate. Stretched is an excellent job and the bike runs great! Their shop and facilities are based in an old rectangular structure with aluminum siding with an entryway in the middle and a garage door on one end. It's not much to look at but just reinforces the old axiom, looks can be deceiving. On my first experience, I found their website from a friend, and clicked on their phone text number inquiring about the $ cost replacement of two HD Softail Deluxe tires. I got a return text thanking me for my inquiry and asking my preference - Dunlop's or Metzler's, with a price quote for each (The Dunlop's were a little more). I called them, stated I wanted the Dunlop's installed at their quoted price and they told me I could bring my bike in anytime. I dropped my bike off with them later that week and picked it up the following day with a job well done of new tires on it. My more recent experience was a result of a split throttle cable on my 2014 Softail. I usually visit YouTube first to determine how difficult and what kind of tools are needed in case I decide to do the job myself. But In this case, it was going to be more involved than I was wanting to do. I call A.C.S. and explained my situation. I gave Colin my information and he said that he could order a new cable, and could have it installed with only an hour of labor. I gave him the green light to order the new cable and later that week, I dropped my bike off where Colin and his group made the repair. Both times I was very happy with A.C.S.'s service, prices, and end product. I've had good experiences with them and trust them to do good work. I highly recommend them.
