Never messaged me Monday, so I messaged her. no response for hours after being left on read. At this point I'm panicking - begging her to tell me if she won't come through so I can have a backup plan, as my alter for wedding was dependent on these additional pieces - so I call, no answer. She messages me at 9pm saying she was busy with appointments and has too much going on, but rest assured my pillars will be delivered as she won't ruin my big day, talking as if they will be on Tuesday before she leaves town. No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. Do not let the few good reviews fool you, as she can and will stoop this low and does not care about ruining your event. Its time to hire some people to help you with your business if you're "too busy" to run it. You should be ashamed of yourself. Don't think I won't find away to make it known on all platforms how pitiful this business is by blocking me - I will find a way. ;)

As far as pricing goes we have two banquet rooms. You can look at tfor pictures on Facebook under Rona Banquet Hall. We have an open catering policy where you pick your own caterer, or bring in your own food, you determine your own food and beverage budget. Liquior can be provide for your guest you can not sell liquor to your guest. The lower banquet room has the stone fireplace with full kitchen it rents for 500.00 the Ballroom is on the upper level it also rents for 500.00 it does not have a kitchen if you would like both level it would be 975.00 for the day 10am to midnight. There is a 150.00 deposit to hold your date. We only take cash or checks or PayPal.. Each room holds 195 people. We have round tables that seat 8, and rectangle that are 6 ft. 5 ft. and 8 ft. I also rent white chair covers 1.00 each and white/black linen tablecloths at 4.00 each. Table runners at 1.00 each and chair sashes at .50 each. We also have a PA system with wireless micphones,5 disc CD player, am/fm radio and it hooks up to your iPod, phone or laptop the PA system rents for 75.00. Then, since a party booked after our slot, we couldn't get an additional hour. I tried compromising by still paying for the private party addition but starting while the place was still open, as they have events during open hours too. They were unwilling to compromise that and let us pay for the additional time. They then suggested we have the event on a Wednesday, as if we could really host an event or expect anyone to come as people have jobs! I just think it's bad business to offer the additional hour and then not be willing to work with someone to make it happen. They acted like I would be cutting into someone else's time, but no one had booked any earlier slots, so we wouldn't have been. They said the parties are stacked too close on all days but Wednesdays. So, if you plan to have a party on any day but Wednesday, don't expect to get the additional hour even if you get the slots first!

After checking them out online, I sent a quick email asking for more info. The owners replied immediately and were so helpful! We did a walkthrough of the space and fell in love. We did rent all the rooms and the price was very reasonable. My party had karaoke set up in the green room and a photo booth in the white room with the fireplace. My guests loved how much space we had while still feeling connected. The owners were beyond helpful throughout the entire experience before party, during and after. I would definitely recommend this venue for many events, big and small.

And for us to go through their party to get to the only restrooms made our guest feel uncomfortable walking through their parties. Two many parties going on at one time walking through what was supposed to be a private party.
