I tried to book a private event for my son's birthday - and we wanted the extra hour to add to the package. First of all, we had a ton of trouble getting ahold of someone to get the additional hour as the website booking didn't offer it. Then, since a party booked after our slot, we couldn't get an additional hour. I tried compromising by still paying for the private party addition but starting while the place was still open, as they have events during open hours too. They were unwilling to compromise that and let us pay for the additional time. They then suggested we have the event on a Wednesday, as if we could really host an event or expect anyone to come as people have jobs! I just think it's bad business to offer the additional hour and then not be willing to work with someone to make it happen. They acted like I would be cutting into someone else's time, but no one had booked any earlier slots, so we wouldn't have been. They said the parties are stacked too close on all days but Wednesdays. So, if you plan to have a party on any day but Wednesday, don't expect to get the additional hour even if you get the slots first! read more

Our friends had a great time. A small group of of our friends had an awesome time and parents loved that the kids were worn out, had some great food and they loved the ice cream themselves. Sounds like we should have gone with them. Too much fun! Thanks for taking great care care of out gang. I think we need a parents night there. Al read more

Very fun and family oriented. However I think the workers need to keep btter watch over the children horeseplaying. The rules state no horseplaying however the worker seen them doing it and disnt intervene. Also i think they should sanitize the inflatables reguarly read more

My son had his 5th birthday here and I was not impressed at all...the staff just seemed like they had no clue what was going on. We felt rushed through the whole party that we did our son's presents out of the room. We were asked not to have our gifts out in the area and take them to our car. Just overall a bad experience and for what parents pay for parties now days you should be getting way better service and experience than what was provided here....to top it all off my son was holding onto the bench with his hand while walking around it and the whole bench which is probably about 50lbs or more fell on top of him we rushed over and got him. This bench was not supported by anything and was unstable and also had a sharp corner on it ...luckily our son didn't get hurt by that but he did however have a scraped and bruised arm and his nose where the table had smacked him in the face when it fell on him. When we told them what had happened the first response was to get defensive when they could see it was unstable, my son was asked if he was ok and they got him a ice cream and told us that the waiver we signed meant all the equipment in the whole place, they at least moved the broken bench that had fallen on my son but ....I read the waiver signed and that was not how I feel about and will be getting with someone this afternoon to discuss it because.. is this a business where children get hurt and it's a ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK from the front door on...I mean wow I really think they need to look at safety violations here...I saw more than a few and I took pictures...so good luck to you, hope your experience is better than ours! read more

We rented out the building for 2 hrs and had a birthday party. It was great. The kids had a blast. My only issue was with the bounce houses in general. Some of them need to be replaced and cleaned.staff was nice and easy to talk to. read more

We rented this facility for a private event to host a foster care event. The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us to create the event we needed. The kids had a great time and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Big Bounce! read more

History

Established in 2009.

What began as a ministry to our local youth became a means of bringing happiness and fun across central Indiana. When we bought our first inflatable rock climbing wall we were astonished at the results! Our church Vacation Bible School attendance doubled and our youth group tripled. We offered it to other churches and it was a great success. The news got around, and soon others began to ask to rent it for birthday parties and other events. We purchased more units and began one of the most reasonably priced moon walk and inflatable rental companies in Indiana. We have recently opened the Big Bounce Family fun center a fun filled 5000 sq indoor facility ice cream parlor, arcade and tons of inflatables. If you are planing a event check us out. We had my daughters reception here and it was absolutely beautiful. They've made a lot of improvements over the year since we booked. There's still a few kinks they need to work out as they are new but it is a beautiful place. All the wood details and tables are handmade. All the lights, chandeliers and fire pits make it perfect at night. They have a wedding wall where they put all their bride and grooms names up...don't have a photo as they spelled my daughters name wrong(one of the kinks I was talking about). They have a lot of places for photos and a cute area to get married. There's private houses for the bridal party to get ready. To help work out some of the kinks...Make sure you go over what you agreed on over and over even if you think it's minimal. A few things were agreed on then became a problem the night of which no one wants to go through on their big night. They all could've been avoided easily in the set up meeting but They are still a newer venue and we lost about the last hour of our reception dealing with things that we shouldn't have had to. If it hadn't been for this and a couple other things I would definitely give 5 stars.

We stayed in substandard hotel/motels that didn't even have elevators for handicapped people. We did not stop for dinner when we were going to and coming back from Cape Cod. Our bus driver, Jonathon was amazing, and he went over and above for us. Joann never took responsibility for the debacles that occurred every single day. Pendleton Travel Company doesn't even deserve a one star rating. The meals that they paid for where disgusting and sometimes inedible. Our bus driver who is a black gentleman was mistreated several times. The bus was very uncomfortable. No leg room, no place to put our drinks and magazines. They falsely advertised activities that we didn't have time to do. Joann doesn't know what she's doing, and she doesn't care about the people who pay to go on her bus trips. I do NOT recommend anyone to go on her trips. No one was happy with her.

This is a GRWAT place to take kids!!! We go for hours, the kids can jump and I can work while using the free wifi. The best part is that I don't have to chase the kids around to watch them. Because of the layout of Big Bounce, I can find a comfy booth and sit and watch the kids over the short 1/2 wall. I never have to leave my seat to see that my kids are playing safely. The workers at Big Bounce are great about not allowing too many kids in the building at once, and they monitor behavior of all the kids! AND you can order papa Johns pizza and have it delivered right there!!!! my only complaint is that they aren't closer to my home in Richmond!! GREAT GREAT GREAT place to go!!!! read more

We took our grandchildren there until they grew older than the limit. They loved it every time we went and were always excited to go back. Big Bounce is always clean and well staffed. This is our 2nd visit....both times place was nice and clean. Very friendly staff and happy to answer questions. My kids love it here and beg to come back. The prices are affordable....along with a reasonable priced menu. They also can order pizza from papa johns if you want something besides hot dogs and pretzels. read more

The kids love this place!! There are a lot of bounce attractions and the kids have a great time. This is a great atmosphere and a lot of fun! It is always busy but very clean. Love this place! I've been to many outdoor events that always rents a Big Bounce inflatable every time, and the kids love it! Easily the most popular things for the kids at these events.
