Usually I get vanilla but I had a sudden craving for swirl; so I was pretty disappointed there was no chocolate available due to a broken machine. Service...while definitely friendly, there was a significant problem. I was waited on by a very young girl who needs better training, in particular making sure she is clear on whether you wish a cone, a cup, a shake, or something else. Repeating the customer's order would be a good idea. I see that iced coffee is advertised as being available all day.
