Still, they charged us for each visit, falsely insisting the system was working when the technician left (then why would we have them come back!). One technician was aggressively hostile toward my wife and me. Presented with these scenarios, the owner, Jake, displayed indifference bordering on contempt for his clients' situation. I finally gave up and hired another company; it took them a few minutes to solve the problems Zions couldn't fix in over a year. Spare yourself the time, money, and aggravation: don't use Zions Security!

The guy that came out was really nice, but I'm just frustrated after all of the wait and stress they couldn't do anything after they reassured me they could AND charged me like 120 for absolutely nothing.
