John helped me with my old Macbook that had stopped powering on. On a Sunday, I was able to get him my computer and he diagnosed the problem, for free! and then gave me a couple of options in moving forward. He got me set up with a newer model Macbook and transferred everything from my old computer to the new one, seamlessly. Aside from the fact that the newer Macbook is much faster and up to date in operating system, I would have no idea that this wasn't my old computer. Everything transferred over! And his pricing was beyond fair, the deal of a lifetime. John even followed up afterwards with tips for the newer operating system and recommendations for an external hard drive. Highly recommend using John for any computer problems you may have. He responded immediately to my call and was at my house fixing the issue within 30 minutes.
