Last year our return was buried in a pile for several weeks without note or processing and when I called to ask what the status was, there was no substantial excuse other than "we've been really busy". This year we DID NOT receive our normal beginning of the year tax letter in January and I began to wonder?? At the beginning of February I called and they sent the tax prep letter. One day later 2/15/17 I also received a letter notifying us we were "fired" from their services. They were too busy and their staff could no longer handle the overload of our account prep, what the devil? You should find another accountant was the best they could advise. Thanks Carpenter's, for nothing! I will not be recommending the use of your services to anyone, I would be ashamed if I did and this happened to them.
