The stylist insisted on curling my hair when she was finished giving me an "ombré." So I didn't notice how bad it was until the next night when I washed it (because she told me to wait a day or two to wash it) before going to work my part time job. The highlights were suppose to be caramel but were orange and bright blonde with a little bit of bluish color at the tips. The color started almost in the middle of my head with no blending, I wanted to cry. My hair felt like it was going to fall out because it was so dry!! The owner actually walked in during my visit and told the stylist that the bleach was too thick and they went back and forth a couple of times how it was or how it wasn't. But instead I wore a hat all night at work and called Alexander's. They told me to come in Sunday, which I did and thankfully they made me look presentable. I contacted the owner of 222 Salon, via Facebook messenger, and she said she would have opened to accommodate me. She said she doesn't give refunds and never offered me anything other than an I'm sorry. Really???? So I ended spending almost $400 for my poor hair. It was a horrible experience!!! Oh and I attempted to give them a review on their Facebook page and I have been blocked. So I guess all bad reviews either get blocked before they can be posted or deleted altogether.
