The massage chairs are excellent and you get a hot towel shoulder massage while your toes are drying as well. What put it over the top was the care and expertise of my pedicurist. I had an ingrown toenail from a pedicure months ago that still bothered me occasionally, and I told my pedicurist about it, and she was able to fix it for me, no more pain! I don't live nearby but plan to visit the next time I'm there.

They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. He claimed the second coat of polish would cover the bumps I brought to his attention. I broke one nail so short it needed a fake tip to match the length of the others, see pictures. I went back a few days later to have them fixed...this shade was slightly different than the original & the bumps appeared before I even left the place. I showed him the bumps and a hole in the polish I didn't notice until after the top coat was cured. He put another coat of color over the topcoat & tried to convince me this would fix the appearance of bumps. He blamed everything from the bottle of polish (if the bottle is the problem it should be thrown out, it was not) to the cotton balls & even the fake nail. He could not explain what caused the bumps when I asked him directly. He removed the polish & the female employee who did my nails previously took over- no issues. This level of unprofessionalism is so disappointing. His work is sloppy & I will never go back
