As I did not live with them then and because they are both in their 90's we were unsure who originally installed the gas fireplace. We began having issues with it last night so I was calling around to try to schedule someone to come out and have a look at it. I decided just to go down the list and started with Ferguson's. I was greeted by the most unbelievably rude person I have ever had the displeasure of "doing business" with. When I informed this "gentleman" of the issues we were having and that I was unsure who installed it he replied with, "What kind of car do you drive?!?!" Dumbfounded by the question I hesitantly answered, "Umm...a Subaru?" He then curtly responded with, "WELL WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO A CHEVY DEALER?!?!" Stunned I said, "Well no..." AFTER biting my head off he THEN decided to ask for the name and checked the records to see if they were the ones that did the instillation. They were not and I must say, I am thanking my lucky stars for that! I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and if I EVER treated a patron that way I would have lost my job instantly. Buyers beware, these guys are the worst. With "customer service" like that I can't believe they are even still in business. If I could give a rating worse than 1 star, I would.

I had a unexpected experience from these folks buying a tractor they were selling on consignment to…read morehelp one of their customers. This was a compact 24 horse 3 cylinder diesel with mower deck and front loader, very clean only 30 hours even though 10 years old. Salesman Matt was very informative and helpful making sure to answer every question before I made the 1 1/2 hour drive. I tried it around the yard and it seemed fine so I said write it up and Matt hopped on the tractor to drive it over to my trailer, but it didn't seem right to him and thought the garage should look at it first. Jason had been checking out a $600,000 gigantic new harvester, but said sure he could look it over. It seemed starved for fuel so he put a new fuel filter on and slight improvement was seen, so next a new fuel line-not good enough. Jason then puts on a new fuel pump and this does the trick, runs great. Matt was there the whole time running down parts and said the mower deck needed cleaning off after a little fuel leaked on it, so HE power washes it! I asked how much extra I would owe and the response was unreal "nothing leaves here until it's right, we don't want you to have any concerns or problems". Come to find out Jason wasn't just a mechanic, he is the service manager and still didn't mind getting his hands dirty on a little $9,000 tractor helping a first time visitor to his shop.
