I just received a call from someone to call regarding the invoice and when I called the number they gave me I got a message that that number is "no longer in service." I'm giving two stars instead of one for the fact that they were very easy to make an appointment with and very up front about the cost, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. However, I got worried when the guy spent probably three times as much time in his truck filling out paperwork as he did in my house spraying. He was here for almost an hour, but only about 10 minutes of that was actually in my house where the problem is. He sprayed an aerosol on my furniture and used a pump to spray my baseboards, and for this I paid $235. Feeling a little unsure about whether I just got ripped off or not, I Googled the chemicals he used (I was provided with a detailed receipt listing them) and found out they are commercially available - you don't need to be a professional to buy them. After about five minutes of searching on Amazon, I found that you can buy all the supplies you need to do exactly what he did for around $100 and do it yourself, and then keep the leftovers to use again when needed. FYI, the products used were Alpine Aerosol and Suspend Sc Insecticide. If you're trying to take care of fleas, do yourself a favor and just buy the supplies to do it yourself. It seems to be working, but why pay somebody over a hundred dollars to do it for you when it seriously takes less than ten minutes.

Very poor explanation of services when purchasing. Paperwork is also very vague-could be itemized so customer can see exactly what large sum covers. When called, Company refers questions to the "portal" which contains the very same paperwork. We were told the inital visit would likely be two techs and expect them to be in and out of the house for half a day. 2. Initial treatment visit-tech told us he was unimpressed by the pest activity we were told we had. He spent approximately one hour outside only. Per service receipt, he sprayed for some ants, applied a bit of spray foam and dropped two mousetraps. 3. Same tech, during the "securing the premises" process, proceeded to stuff steel wool into GAS WATER HEATER and FURNACE VENTS as well as Sump Pump pipe. This was all discovered by Furnace Repair Tech who was subsequently contacted as the furnace was not operating following this visit. He promptly removed all blockages and furnace worked fine. Pretty sure the Gas company frowns on this practice. My advice: Call someone who knows what they are doing.

I have a very well behaved dog that always stays in our yard but not when being lured by tasty poison. The black box was easily picked up by my dog and broke open to provide him with multiple chucks of tasty poison. We needed to urgently know what chemical this was to determine next steps with the animal poison control center. My neighbor provided us with the invoice slip and I called the company. They kept me on hold for 18 minutes until I hung up and never called me back at the number I provided. If a company is willing to attract people's pets to their poison they need to be willing to provide basic information in an emergency when time matters to safe your pets life. I am disgusted.

No problem with mosquitos. Otherwise only 2 gallons always used by you. Was with Stoughton location for at least 5 years. Sad to say you managed to lose our business in one season of treatments.
