When I speak to someone (after 5 minutes of pushing appropriate buttons on my phone), they say, oh yeah, I see your invoice is paid. We won't call you again. And yet, they do . . . again and again. I just received a call from someone to call regarding the invoice and when I called the number they gave me I got a message that that number is "no longer in service." I'm requesting my money back and will find a local family-run business! STay away from Batzner!
