Extremely satisfied. I called and left a message after 9:30pm. My call was returned the same night, and Matt even came to my house to take care of a bat that had made its way into one of our bedrooms. Matt was very upfront with the cost and what his plan would be to try and capture the bat. It was not very long at all and Matt had captured the bat. For the past year and 1/2 I tried to rid my property of a pesky woodchuck family to no avail. I then found Badger Wildlife Management.
