I contacted the company and owner Larry returned my call a short time later. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Communication was great. He was running a little late for our appointment time, and was kind enough to call and give me an update to when he would arrive. Once here, he performed more than any other pest control service I had used in previous lived cities and states. He removed all cobwebs and any other obstacles from outside and inside the house if needed, and also located any entrances critters can get into the house. Then he fixes this issue by filling the outside hole. Next step he sprays outside and inside the house. There is absolutely no smell and the spray is not harmful to humans or pets. My indoor-only cats did not even notice he sprayed inside their domain. He not only sprays the bottom perimeter inside and outside the house, but also the top of the perimeter. The cost was less than other pest companies I called for a quote and Larry performed more work than other companies were offering. Larry knows the pest business. Highly recommend!

If you hit the little red envelope in bottom right corner, it says to type your request ---a big white empty space pops up, but I could not get the keyboard to pop up so I could type. At this point, I went to my email to see if, despite that Internal Error/500, maybe I received an email. Nope. I waited for the office to open and talked to an agent. I told her i wanted to request service. She started to take my information. We soon realized my info WAS in the system... so despite the internal error/500, it did go through! She said an email went out to me at 7:07am. I see nothing. So without asking me, she began rattling off so many dollar figures of possible service plans --my head was spinning. Had she asked if I had a pen & paper, I would have been ready. I know it may sound silly, but after EVERY possible scenario of monthly billing, quarterly billing, and annual billing options she said "not including taxes". She must have said it 10 times. I'm like maybe just say at the end say all of these dollar amounts do not include tax rate of x.x%. The prices were the HIGHEST I have ever heard! The email that was sent at 7:07am did finally arrive at 9:24am. So that's my review. I'm sure they would have done a great job at those prices.

I'm always impressed with a quick turnaround time, and Rob came through multiple times on that front. My first call was answered quickly, and we had a conversation about what I needed and how he could help. After getting the estimate (which compared favorably to those bigger companies), and talking to Rob I felt confident about moving forward. It's worth noting that I called in the afternoon, and was able to set an appointment for the following day. When that Cloverleaf vehicle pulled up to my house for my appointment, Rob greeted me and made an inspection of the area.
