I have been to many of a laundromat in my youth and I have to say this was a very nice one to happen upon. Not from the area, had to do an emergency load after a toddler fiasco while traveling. This place was open early on a Sunday (6am). Coin machine was working ( thank god) and there were plenty of top load and front loading options. I'm a big fan of the speedy queen washers. I was also very grateful their soap dispenser was loaded so I was able to get some detergent. Top loader washers were $3 a load, speedy queen $5 a load. Dryers a quarter gets you 8 minutes (not bad). I didn't have a ton of stuff in the dryer so I was surprised it took me 5-6 quarters to dry the blanket and few pieces of car seat. All in all the place was clean, lots of space for folding and plenty of washers and dryers for when things really get busy. read more

Your response is pathetic, shame on you. I came here because I like washing my bedding at a laundromat instead of at home, and I figured it was time to try somewhere new. I've been to Daisy's Laundromat down the street before, but Badillo Launderland had decent reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I showed up around 8 in the morning hoping for a quick in and out trip. When I walked in, my first impression was that the place is pretty small. There are only two aisles of machines. The upside was that it was almost empty when I arrived. The only other person there was a woman who looked like she was working on one of the machines. I assumed she might work there, but there was no greeting, no smile, nothing. Just a very cold presence. Luckily she stepped out shortly after, which meant I had the whole place to myself for a while. I used two of the large washers that hold about forty pounds each, which cost around six dollars per wash. One thing I noticed right away is that they offer two payment methods. You can use coins or you can use a card through a smart payment system attached to the machines. Paying with a card comes with a fee though. Even if it is small, it still adds to the total every time you run a machine, so I decided to stick with coins. I exchanged about fifteen dollars at the coin machine and got started. My plan was simple. Wash, dry, and be out within an hour like I usually do when I wash bedding. While the washers were running, I started noticing things that made the place feel a little off. The cleaning seemed very superficial. At first glance it looks maintained, but once you actually look closely you see layers of dust and grime in places that clearly have not been touched in a long time. There is a vent on the ceiling that was so dusty it honestly looked like it had been ignored for years. Another thing that stood out was the number of security cameras. I counted about twelve. That is a lot for a laundromat this size, and they were not even the same type of cameras. Some looked newer and others older. Ironically many of them were dusty too, which just added to the overall feeling that maintenance is inconsistent here. Things really started going downhill once it was time to dry my bedding. I normally use several dryers so everything finishes quickly, so I loaded up six dryers at once. The price is a quarter for seven minutes. I put in fourteen minutes to start, which should be plenty for lighter bedding like sheets. To my surprise, most of the dryers barely produced heat. Out of the six dryers I used, only two of them actually worked the way they should. The others were spinning but clearly not heating properly. At that point I started burning through coins trying to figure out which machines were actually functioning. Time is valuable, and this is where the frustration kicked in. To make things worse, the coin machine ran out of coins while I was still trying to dry everything. This was around eight in the morning on a Tuesday. Running out of coins that early in the day is honestly baffling. I had no choice but to use the smart card system that charges a small fee. At that point I just wanted my bedding dry, so I threw everything into the two dryers that actually worked and maxed out the time. What should have been a quick visit ended up stretching well past an hour, and even then the bedding was not as hot and dry as I usually like it. Another issue is how cramped the place feels once other people start showing up. When I first arrived it was peaceful, but as more customers walked in the tight layout became obvious. People were basically maneuvering around each other in close quarters while trying to move laundry between machines. It made the whole process feel rushed and uncomfortable rather than smooth and relaxing. I will give them one positive note. The music playing inside was actually great. Whoever picked that playlist clearly has good taste because the songs were a vibe. Unfortunately I came here to wash laundry, not to discover new music. By the time that same woman came back later, she still had the same cold demeanor and I decided it was not even worth bringing up the dryer issues. At that point I just wanted to finish and leave. Between the poorly heating dryers, the coin machine running out early in the morning, and the overall maintenance issues, the experience left a really bad impression. It is a shame because the location is convenient and the parking is easy, but I will not be coming back. Hopefully this review helps others know what to expect. If you come here, be prepared to test a few dryers before you find one that actually works. read more

Came across this gem quite a while back. I happen to be in the area again and needed to wash a blanket. Searched nearest laundromats to me and this was the first to come up. Because I had been here once before, I didn't hesitate to make it my choice. Glad I did. I got to meet the owners and a couple of their staff who are absolutely lovely. This place is by far one of the cleanest, if not thee cleanest, I've been to. Cost to wash and dry is fairly reasonable especially at how well I feel this place is kept. I loved that you could use a card because I rarely have cash much less coins. For those on the go all the time, they also offer a fluff and fold service. I definitely recommend this place. read more

My first time using a "fluff & fold" service. I had some blankets too bulky for my home machine and no time to do them myself so I called Badillo Launderland and spoke to Ariana about their services. She was very nice and helpful so I dropped off my blankets. One thing to note, there is an extra charge for same day service, but I did not need them the same day. When I did pick them up, they were clean, fluffy, smelled fresh, and I was very pleased with the results. Went in at 7am on a Saturday to avoid the crowd. It was very clean. There was a worker there who was cleaning immediately after someone finished using a machine. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. The app was very easy to use and pay without cash. However, make sure you get the app "Laundry Boss" that's posted in the store and not the one that's posted on their website. This place has really gone down the toilet. Starting off with the place always being dirty. It started maybe last year and today was enough for me. It seems like the prices got raised but the place isn't even clean. I put over an hour for a large load to dry and it was still damp. Other loads took just as long. There is an app to pay for the laundry but it will charge you a $0.22 service charge for the convenience. There is one wall full of dryers that run for $0.25 per 5 min which is kind if pricey. I have been coming to this laundry since I lived in the area for years. Last week I take my clothes to wash and dry here and someone stole my clothes out the dryer. I was only sitting in my car because it was dirty in the laundry and also it was cold. Go in to get my clothes and they were stolen. I reached out to management to review the tape and no cooperation no response as of today. Very disappointing I made a police report and police are trying to pull the camera feed from the street cameras to get the guy car who took the clothes. Save your money don't go here. I'm at the laundromat right now and all I can say is how disgusting this place is. Washers aren't wiped down, ceiling is falling apart, AND TO TOP IT OFF.... ROACHES crawling on the walls and into the cracks. Don't even bother coming here. Just nasty! I tried to take a picture of the roach but it went into the cracks but promise me, this place is gross! Not sure how to comment back to the owner of his comment to my review but I think it's ridiculous to get that message back. Sometime there can be an error on the app that duplicate the review and to call me a fraud or competitor seems low. The point of yelp or any review is to state an experience that is happening or has happened. I did screenshot the my review with the owner's response and hope to share with others of how inconsiderate this business can be to negative responses. I'm a local Massage Therapist and a busy mom. It's really hard for me to do all the things for both roles so I'm learning to delegate what I can to reduce my stress. My clients have come expect a high standard of care feom me and that includes clean linens. After an unfortunate incident at another laundromat, I was hesitant to try a new fluff and fold service. Thankfully, I hit the jackpot on the first try! I have been using Badillo Launderland's Fluf and Fold service for about 2 months now. They have been fantastic! My sheets and blankets are always clean, neatly folded, and packed for me. The turnaround time is quick and I've even been able to take advantage of their pick up and drop off service a couple of times. It's always convenient and reliable quality of service. And so far everyone I have interacted with has been really friendly. Last thing I will say is that I've been tempted to bring my personal laundry in to the laundromat (even though I have my own washer and dryer) because it's always so clean! Sometimes I think it would be better to do it all in one shot instead if a load at a time. I know where to go if I do decide to do that. The place is clean the place is nice. The wash is OK but it's a rip off when it comes to the dryers you could only put three little pieces of clothing for five minutes for $.25 are used five machines OK to separate my clothes I put 5/4 for each machine and till then the clothes is it dry that is awful in for somebody that is single mother that has children and Hass to go do laundry it's not worth it. I recommend other places I tried this place but I don't recommend it for people we're going to spend over $10 to dry clothing. read more

This place SUCKS, RUN FAR AWAY! There's never anyone on site no matter what time of day it is! My boyfriend went to wash some blankets for me and the washer literally got stuck on spin mode washing my clothes over and over again! My boyfriend called/texted/ and even rang the doorbell for service at the laundry mat and no one answered. He had to continuously bug them to finally answer, and when they did they had him literally go over to a closet to reset the machine himself instead of them doing it. They did apologize and offer to pay for another wash and pay for a dry but downside is they only gave him a free 20 mins to dry the SOAKING/DRENCHED sheets that their machine caused. Sorry but 20mins did NOT dry anything my boyfriend got so mad and fed up he left to another washing mat! Needless to say we won't be back.
