I know it's clean but the Old Dryers & Old Money Changer has been there more then 20 yrs. Seriously, Don't Bother Wasting your time. That Money Changer STEALS your Tens and Twenties 80% of the time, and you get no change or it short changes you. What the heck?! I called the number, and the lady said she'd review the cameras, which takes forever, and then she'd Zelle me the money. I'm not going to No Atm! !!!!ANNOYING!!!! This also happens with the OLD DRYERS in the back; like, 5 of them never DRY, and it's a waste of time and money!! I gave them so many chances. This has happened to my family and friends! The machines that I used were fine. The problem is, with so little seating, I go out to my car which is in their parking lot, very close to the laundromat. Supposedly they close at 8pm but when I went back in to check my laundry at 7 pm, after having already checked 12 minutes earlier, the the doors were locked and signs were up saying they were closed. As far as I am concerned they stole my clothes. They had to have seen my while putting my clothes in the washer, checking the load, and sitting in my car. Zero excuse for not bothering to approach me and let me know they would be closing earlier than usual. I am not sure this is really a laundry business, seems more like a money laundering business. read more

Finding a good laundromat in Glendora is hard. This is a hidden gem. I almost don't want to leave a good review because it will attract more customers for sure. The place i normally wash clothes at was completely FULL, so I tried my luck and found this place in the corner of long parking lot. This facility is updated with new washers, very clean and powerful wash. Upon speaking with the manager Lisa, seems this place has been here over 20 years. I definitely will be back, has a nice breeze and lots of parking for sure. So blessed to have my 10 loads washed, dried and folded in a couple hours without a big crowd of people. We've come to the laundromat for a while, it's our favorite spot. Always a peaceful experience, never feels crowded. I recently met the manager and she was so sweet, the absolute kindest and most helpful. They are listening for any feedback to improve and recently updated some of the coin machines. I've been coming to this laundromat for about 8 months now, because this is the spot I've found to be the best. The machines are well kept and cleaned, and there's plenty of them for when it's crowded (though it rarely gets super packed during the times I've been here). Lisa, the manager, puts love into this place; there's always decorations for various holidays, etc. Everything is reasonably priced (based off what I've seen at other laundromats) and all machines work well. ONLY complaint is the soda vending machine is out of service, but probably best to not drink too many anyway. I love this spot as my spot to do laundry, and you would likely prefer it too. read more

Anna is HORRIBLE!!! I called her for assistance because her machine ate my $20. She had no plan to come and help me out. She told me she won't be there for a few days and needs to check the machine. Another gentleman had the same thing happen minutes after and she wasn't helpful to him as well. She called me to help her out and write a sign that it didn't work I asked if she would give me my $20 back and she couldn't do that for a few days. I didn't help her. I called sweet Lisa and told her the scenario and she said she would help me out to the best of her abilities. ANNA will run this place into the ground with her customer service. My wife and I live locally and we honestly have never seen/been to this Laundromat until today. It's certainly hidden and the plaza it's located in looks abandoned but, the business itself is very clean. The prices are moderate but there was only one other person there for about 20 minutes and the rest of the time we had the place pretty much to ourselves. The parking lot and plaza isn't much to look at but like I said everything is clean and parking is ample. Despite it being empty it seems safe too. Some of the dryers and machines are a bit old but they are well maintained and kept. We would definitely come back. read more

Still uses quarters. All machines are old and 100% of the larger washers are out of order. If you're looking for a empty mat to wash small loads I guess this is your place. On a positive note, the dryers dry super fast so you only need 2 quarters. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm with my college son to do his laundry and the place was almost empty. They have what looks like to be nee front loading washers which I like. I had no issues with 2 loads with thick towels in one big dryer. For 3-4 quarters, everything was nice and dry. The place was clean and had decent sitting areas. I would recommend an upgrade to the detergent vending machine and the coin-changer but other than that, place was good and machines worked well. read more

This is the worst laundrymat I have ever been to. The machine took my money and turned on and then said it was done within 3 min. Everything was still dry so I needed to take the clothes out of the machine and move it to two smaller machines and pay again $3.50 each besides the $5.00 I put in the original machine. I found the phone number on the wall to call if problems and when I did the lady asked me what happened and I explained and then she would send out HER TECHNICIAN to verify it. So apparently my word was not good..She then called me the next day explaining she did not see us on the video the time we called, I explained who else was there but mysteriously we were not found. I told her obviously she needs the money more and I will NEVER do laundry there again even though it was our first time there.My biggest concern is how many people they do this to because it really is not worth putting in a complaint for $5.00 if She thinks I am trying to scam here(not worth my time and so little money to argue for ) she either gets a lot of people scamming her or she is just a down right scam artist and lowsy business person herself. I hung up on her and told her just to keep it because I hate arguing with someone that does not trust me for so LITTLE MONEY....I have much better things to do with my time than call to complain. read more
