I have been waiting in long lines at the checkout and noticed that none of the customer service desk employees or managers will offer to get on a register and help check out people. And if by some stroke of luck a manager does ask them to help it is always met with an exasperated eye roll. I am tired of this store's lack of basic customer service skills and will no longer be shopping here. There is nothing in this store that another store in town doesn't have. Some may argue that they have the cheapest prices, which may be true, but the quality is extremely lower as well. You get what you pay for.

This one in Chadron had a dozen eggs for 99 cents - hard to find nowadays. They were "Grade B," but seemed just fine and they had brown shells. Several other things I bought were priced reasonably. I might not be back to this particular Safeway again, but I'll look for them in other towns.
