This is strictly about the customer service I received from Shay, the short older lady serving the line. I asked for my pork chop to be cooked fresh when I placed my order. I did not want the pork chops that were already sitting there. Instead of honoring that request, she served me the same pork chops I specifically said I didn't want -- and then wanted to debate with me about when they were cooked. Ma'am... why are we debating? I asked for my pork chops to be dropped upon request. This wasn't unreasonable -- I've asked for it before with no issue. Customer service matters just as much as the food.

They brought us either 3 ribs with green beans and mashed taters or a pork chop with the same sides. I had the pork chop which had a wonderful flavor but was VERY thin and the green beans were cooked way too long; tasted like mush. I asked a few who had the ribs and comments were from OK to good. No idea about the dessert as I don't have a sweet tooth. More importantly the company I work for have gone to great lengths to insure the catering companies we use adhere to sanitary measures to provide meals. This food was delivered with plastic-wear wrapped in a napkin and not sealed in plastic. They did not put bbq sauce in individual cups but brought a gallon of it and plunked it down on the table so unless you were the first person to use it the bottle could have potentially be contaminated. Many opted not to eat because of this. Today they were to bring us breakfast burritos; bacon and egg or sausage and egg. We expected them at 10:00 AM. At 10:15 we called them and they told us it was to be delivered at 10:30. We did some investigating and it turned out that it was our bad on the delivery time. At 10:40 we called and they said they were on their way. At 11:00 they did not respond to texts or calls. They finally came a few minutes after noontime in a brand new Home Depot van. I would guess that their delivery truck broke down. These things happen but you should let the person you are working for know this. The burritos were cold. Not tepid, or warm but COLD. The burrito came with cold hash browns. I have included a photo to show how small the burrito was. It was about the same size as the one from the golden arches. The 2 folks who brought the food got out of the van already wearing gloves, so they were not sanitary when they grabbed the food to place on the table. I'm not real sure why I even gave them 2 stars because this was a cluster from the get go. I hope they do a better job of serving a smaller group but if you are getting food for a large group I would head elsewhere.
