I did Edward's Point and Signal Mountain on a super hot morning hike and decided I had earned a huge sandwich and some pimento cheese so, I snuck in about 25 minutes before closing to get a sandwich to go. Staff were SO nice and welcoming. Telling me there was no rush, I could sit and eat, etc. I spoke to the charming Chris, who went over the entire menu with me and offered for me to sample a few of their pasta salads and pimento and made suggestions. He was the biggest sweetheart. In the end, they didn't have the daily special chopped Italian I'd seen so, I went with a turkey and cheese with pimento to go and some sweet tea. At checkout, another friendly and lovable female staffer was totally charming. My sandwich was HUGE and the pimento cheese was some of the best I've ever had! And, your girl is from the South so, I've had a metric ton of pimento in my life. I really like the location and the vibes inside. Local's gem. And the staff, A+++++

The basil tomato soup was OK- it would've been nice if it was served with a bread roll. Go with her again by choice, probably not, but it was the only one open when our sandwich place was closed earlier this week. Worker who took our order was not particularly welcoming, either annoyed and after writing up our slip to take to the cashier kind of tossed at us, but it's OK for it, but she would recommend getting your sandwich to go and take it to the park instead

We had heard of Kenny's from our neighbor but hadn't taken the time to try. What a happy accident! It wasn't busy, due to the weather so we found a seat right away. We were greeted almost immediately and had coffee within minutes, which is crucial! ;-) our waiter was super friendly and was very helpful with comments and suggestions when we told him it was our first time. I ordered the croque madame and my wife ordered the EC Sammy with egg whites, bacon, and cheese on a biscuit. We split them. Both were excellent but I think the next time we'd just split the croque madame! It is a very big sandwich! So the food was great overall but as I alluded in the beginning the service was what makes this a 5-star rating! We will go again.

I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, and it absolutely hit the spot. The sandwich was loaded with gooey melted cheese and had an epic cheese pull that every grilled cheese lover dreams about. Paired with the rich, comforting tomato soup, it was the ultimate rainy-day meal. The food came out quickly, and everything was hot and delicious. As a sweet surprise, they brought me complimentary birthday beignets with strawberry sauce. They were light, fluffy, and the strawberry sauce was the perfect finishing touch. Great food, fast service, and a thoughtful birthday treat made for a wonderful experience. I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Chattanooga.

First time having Stecca! It's great! I'm a bagel lover, I just like mine on the hardier, tougher side rather than soft. They had a specialty bagel with fresh, ripe peaches and thyme which was pretty good. The cream cheese tastes really good, not sure how or why it tastes different from your average Philadelphia cream cheese, but it's got a little extra cheesy flavor in there. But the fresh made Stecca was wonderful! I did the smoked turkey but subbed plain Stecca for garlic and it was great! She didn't love the ratio of zucchini to breading in her fried zucchini stecca they gave us for free, but she just peeled it off and enjoyed it a little lighter. "Just not the vibe for breakfast," she said a little after noon. Definitely stop in, I'd be a regular if I lived here, I think. Friendly staff and good food.

We ordered a cold brew, a tahini hot vanilla latte with almond milk, and two bagels with cream cheese and bacon. The drinks were excellent, especially the tahini latte, it had great flavor and wasn't overly sweet. The bagels were soft and fresh, and the bacon was a nice addition. The only downside was that the cream cheese tasted a little more tangy than I prefer. Seating downstairs was limited, but there is additional seating upstairs that felt quieter and more spacious. Overall, a great spot for coffee and a quick breakfast.

We came for Sunday brunch and the wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Quick service and lovely atmosphere. The toasted coconut iced latte is wonderful! The Sunday menu is small but great options - we ordered the shrimp and grits and the chicken salad on focaccia. Very delicious - chicken salad is spicy served w roasted red potato hash. My shrimp and grits could've used a bit more salt but I loved the buttery flavor with chorizo added to the mix - yum yum. I got a piece of gf banana bread to go they said they could grill it for me. I appreciate that they had so many gluten-free options as well, which always feels like a luxury when dining in TN. My husband ordered a short stack of the pancakes, which were the star of the morning! Fluffy and full of flavor, a photo of these can probably found in the dictionary entry for pancakes itself. We also tried the biscuits and gravy and the Wakin' Bacon Sammy, both of which hit the spot and were large portions for the price.
