I usually can think of something clever to say or a good segue into my reviews but it escapes me…read morenow. So what can I say about Missing Link? Well I'll start with saying they have some of the tastiest sausage I've ever had along with great fixings. My personal favorites are kraut and peppers and onions along with spicy mustard. Pork is really forgiving but it is amazing how people can screw it up by either under cooking: rubbery or over cooking: crumbly. This dude knows how to brown the sausage so that you get a good sear without getting a dried out link. Add in the carmelized onions and peppers with sauerkraut and you have a little pile of pork heaven. And, he is one of the friendliest vendors out there. If I had one suggestion it would be I'd like to see what he could do with some sides in addition to the toppings, maybe a vegetable side or a slaw for the non bread eating folks out there. C'mon bro stretch yourself a bit not everyone wants chips for a side but dont' forget what brought you to the dance: sausage. So if you are in Chattanooga and see the missing link cart and are a bit hungry you would do well to have a Missing Link sausage with the fixings. I promise you won't be disappointed. *****Updated 11/25/2013******* Wanted to add that Missing Link has been branching out and adding at times a Rice Curry bowl you can get with our without sausage. This is a very hearty spicy dish even if you go vegetarian: rice and mixed vegetables. I have never had a bad meal from this cart. You would do well to eat there when you find him around.

Amazing links...You can find his cart at the Moccasin Bend Brewery on Thursday nights.read more

Best Thai Food in Chattanooga!! Hands down, you won't find…read moreanother Thai Restaurant with the same quality and taste. We've had a lot of Thai food around town, but we always come find our way back to Yummy Thai food truck. We tried the brick and mortar which is owned by the same family, but the food truck is much better tasting, and the service is much faster since it's a food truck vS a restaurant. There isn't much of an ambiance, since it's parked outside of Dirty Jane's Antiques, so I would recommend they add a pop up tent with a table and chairs (if allowed) for those who want to devour the food immediately, and to also draw more attention to the business. I'm getting hungry just writing this. Enjoy!!

I've placed an order with this food truck almost every week for over 2 years. $40-$50 minimum…read moreorder, every time. Orders are always placed the exact same way. You text the business number, list what you want, and give your name, call back number, and pickup time. I literally copied and pasted from the previous text every time using the same template and just changed the food items, for 2+ years. Never had any problem until a couple weeks ago. The owner missed the time, tried to say I didn't list a pickup time, and got an attitude when I responded by sending him a screenshot showing that I did specify a time, as always. I decided to just cancel the order, still 1 hour in advance, and went somewhere else. He responded to this by blocking my phone number, effectively banning me. This is petty, vindictive, and highly unprofessional behavior towards a loyal customer who has supported his business with literally thousands of dollars over 2+ years, all because the owner had to act like someone else was at fault for his simple mistake. I wasn't even upset at all! I was just trying to alert him as rapidly as possible when I realized he had the time wrong so they didn't start the order early. Basic Customer Service - All this guy had to do was say "Oh, I didn't see that, see you at 6pm." No big deal. Instead he gets an attitude and bans a loyal customer for no reason who didn't even say anything negative to him. Completely unhinged. See a therapist dude. It was a mistake supporting that business all this time. Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !
