To the lady behind the counter that tried to parent my child, you just lost a large order of 6 different people. My child was sitting on your furniture. It is not your job to tell anybody's child anything. If a person has a problem, you need to address the parent. Do not be rude to somebody's child. The worker needed training on appropriate customer service. When she was asked for her name, she would not answer the question. We walked out and will not be returning. Will not recommend this location to anybody. read more

We did an online order 8 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait about 5 minutes. There was nobody else inside, and only 1 car in the drive thru. They tried to give me someone else's order, then only half of my order, and our snocones had very little actual flavor. They tasted almost like chlorine and plastic. Their machines that make the blocks of ice need some serious water filtration. I ordered a regular flat top, and I don't believe I was given the correct cup. I don't think we will go back. read more

This place just opened pretty sure I'm doing the first review. They have a great business right in the beginning, a lot of help at the counter Everything is clean and in order. They're fast too. So far the pina colada snow cone is really good . the wave bender smoothie really good -- I don't think there is really coconut rum mixed as menu might lead some to believe. the strawberries Bliss very yummy. Lots of options so we'll be able to come back multiple times. And there is a rewards program ; that's great since we have 4 grandchildren who will love this place. Happy to see that. read more

Great snow cone! The selection of flavors was great and a good serving size. Very clean building and fast friendly service. The only off putting part was a female employee was sitting on the countertop with her feet on the counter. Yuck. That's basic service industry 101. Dirty feet don't go on the counter. In addition to that, she was loudly ranting about her boss being unkind, stealing their tips, not giving the employees breaks etc. regardless of the accusations being true or not.. talking about this openly in front of customers is probably not the smartest idea. read more

Almost $20 for 2 drinks? On top of that, they can't even get the order correct. We wanted our drinks sour and requested everything from sour sand to the sour spray and they didn't even get the flavor right and we corrected the guy twice and told him blue raspberry, they gave red raspberry. What'a a Bahama Bucks and why are acronyms important? I have to admit, I had no clue what a Bahama Bucks was until one was first visited in Huntsville. I was immediately drawn to the overwhelming collection of flavors available displayed in separate distinct bottles encompassing the prep and serving area. Little did I know, these sugary temptations would be used to drench a wintery sample of ice, with flakes as tiny as a skeeter snout. I was a little disappointed in the micro umbrella that did little to keep my balding head protected. Nor did the color changing spoon prepare me for the ensuing brain freeze that was to take place. But this mastery had its birth in Lubbock, where much of my life was spent, and it gave me more subjects to explore than the life of Buddy Holly and tumbleweed forts. Thus I digress. Now a Bahama Bucks opens in Montgomery. I adjust the family budget to compensate for my new gluttonous habit and "bam", I'm a wedding cake with cream junky. What has this got to do with acronyms? Today I had a POG. Yes, you read it right, a POG. I thought nothing, no nothing, could be better than wedding cake with cream. I thought POG must be some kind of health drink for all those Californians that think Tofu is a meat, essential oils really work, and In-N-Out serves the best burgers on earth. But it's not. Given the short time the location has been open, I have been pleasantly surprised at how good the "sno" has been. I am a die hard fan of shaved ice, my first treat was in Haleiwa decades ago, love the VBRM with pina colada flavor. Keep up the good work. read more

Really sweet staff but they stated they do not receive the online tips when paid with credit cards. If you come here, ensure you bring cash if you intend to tip. 3/5 for the management/owner, not the staff. It is not okay for them to have to ask for online tips and them not every see a dime. read more

Terrible. It was a chunky ice cone not a snow cone. Every other location is good but this one sucks. There were 20 teenagers working in there and not one of them can shave ice apparently. Bad training, not a sharp enough blade, whatever it is take your money elsewhere read more
