The snowcones are super delicious and full of both juice and flavor, which is what I look for in a snowcone. The service is very quick, and they get the snowcones out quickly. My only complaint is that the specials aren't told when you order, and it is hard to see the specials sign. But that is just a small problem that is not a deal breaker. This place is like a Sno-cone oasis cooling station type establishment and it's delicious!! On a hot day,you probably shouldn't be in a hurry because the line will be wrapped around the building and you may want to make it a pay day because they aren't cheap. Ok I have to admit I have been a fan of this place for quite some time and just now getting around to writing a review. I thought since I feel like vip and am currently sitting on 3 filled up punch cards (yes that's 30 snocones) and (yes that's 3 free snocones)- well I thought they deserved a good review. I really want to give this place a 5 start but let me just say I'm very picky with my snocones because it's kind of my only sweet tooth obsession. Things I see that are keeping it from 5 stars. - A lot of the time the staff that is working is either high school or college age kids, I rarely see an adult there hence me walking up to the counting, standing for a minute while the cashier was texting or social media surfing on her phone before I finally said hello to her. She than seemed surprised like she hadn't seen us come in. -During last couple times during summer that we went in it was very hot in there. Not expected from snocones place and not comfortable to sit in. - this won't matter to other but my fav all time snocone is peaches and cream, I tried this my first visit here as well and I hated it. This was my first time here and I've always heard great things! I got a wedding cake sno cone with vanilla ice cream in the middle and it was delish! The games in their lobby were a hit with my daughter and her friend. It was dead when we walked in and filled up really fast within minutes and the workers handled it amazingly. The customer service was great at the drive-thru. It was quick. And the cones looked beautiful when they came out. Yes. It is a bit pricey. $8 for two cones with cream. But I'd drive all the way down from north OKC just to experience this $4 goodness. In fact, I did, obviously. And better believe I'll be doing it again. Soooooooo good. The softest, creamiest snow I have ever tasted. Nature is the only place that could do better. However, you run a risk with Nature's creamy, colored snow. So instead, I'll come here. The flavor's were vibrant and not skimpy. I had the Tropical Delight with cream. And my roommate the Key Lime Pie with cream. Both were delicious. I got a strawberry colada and have only been here once, so I can't really speak for the smoothies and frostys they have here. I liked what I got and added sour sprinkles to it. I think I'm more of a frozen custard kind of person than a shaved iced person but I would still recommend this place to others! They have a baby size which is smaller than the small. Let me start with, we love Bahama Bucks! We have been to several in Texas and have also been to the Moore OK location on more than one occasion. Today we went after a play date at the park. Our friends had never had Bahama Bucks so we told them how we loved it. There was a big sign up front that said Lobby opens at 3 and there was 2 cars in the drive thru. I went to check the door since it looked like it was open and it was 7 minutes to 3:00. The door was unlocked. I waved the crew in the car to come on. By this time it was about 6 minutes till open. We walked in, went to the counter to look at the menu, and a lady (I guess the manager) came and told us they don't open until 3 because they are under staffed. There was 5 employees in the building. My friend said it's ok we can wait. By this time about 4 minutes to open time- 3:00. The rude manager shooed us away and said you can't wait in here! I said well the door was unlocked so we thought that meant we could come in! We walked out and waited outside for the 4 minutes and then walked in to order at 3:00. All 5 employees looked pissed we were there and annoyed to be working. They just made it a miserable experience after I had talked so highly of this place! We are business owners and we hope none of our employees would ever treat customers the way we were treated today. Our snow cones were great, but the service was terrible. We are from Yukon and drive to this location (about 30 minutes) often, but we will probably not be returning. I am hoping one will open up closer to home. read more

They have unprofessional teenagers working there. We arrived BEFORE they closed. There were two cars in front of us. We got to the speaker box, again, BEFORE close. We sat there for quite a while they helped the other cars. We sat there and never got a response on the box. We finally were able to pull up to the window and they told us they were closed. We told them that we were there before they closed and the teen girl said well I can't help you, have a nice day and all the other teens inside started laughing at us. I mean they cut up and laughed with the car that was in front of us. Clearly they were friends of the teen inside. Then to treat us like that did is ignorant. They need to be trained on how to be more professional and also choose when they get to close. If a person is at the box before they close, they get served, that's how it works. If a manager allows their place to be ran like that, then that's not a place I would like to support! EDIT: my girlfriend talked to the manager the next day and he said my review was rude. I was just giving constructive criticism, any manager should appreciate that. His employees lied to him and he sided with them. So I guess I'm a liar now. Apparently two managers were on floor that night, if that's the case, they should have handled the situation much better. Poor management. Cooperate will be called. I will have to admit I was hesitant to go to Bahama Buck's because of their prices. There are many cheaper snow cone places around my neighborhood. But they were new in town, So we decided to give them a try. When we got there, they were super busy! In order, it was made correctly and it tasted great! I thought it was well worth the extra price because the staff was friendly, it tasted good, and wasn't grainy or dry. We came back a few weeks later. We decided to give the drive-thru a try since we were in a hurry. The staff was friendly once again. However, maybe they were busy on the inside, I'm not sure, but barely got any syrup in the snow cones. They were dry by the time we got a quarter of the way through the snow cones I know that every experience at a business. I think this is a good test of a restaurant. The ability to correct a problem and try to win the customer back. I called the store about 15 minutes later and the manager was super friendly. She said that she could give me a refund since we used a credit card, or if we came in at a later date, they could remake the order. She was nice, so we go for the latter. About a month later, we came in for the remake. I told my cashier the situation, and she got the manager. Madison took care of everything! The experience was better that the first time. When I told her were taking them home, she offered to make them flat tops in the next size up at no charge! They even labeled the snow cones in the drink carrier! We will be back! read more

I love any type or style of shaved ice, so this was definitely on my to-do list once I saw it was opening in Moore. Service: My sister and I waited a week after they opened before we decided to try it out with my niece. The line took forever to get through, but it's hot in the South and everyone loves a snow cone, so I wasn't shocked. It was a little difficult keeping a 2 year old occupied while waiting, but it was manageable. I am a little disappointed in their hours of not opening until noon, especially since they sell coffee drinks. Many times I have wanted to go out and get coffee in the mornings and then remember, they don't open for a long time. I could see even 10 am...but noon? Especially in the south where it gets so hot so early. I mean, they aren't the only ones, I have found most of the shaved ice shops in town are like that as well...again, I digress. It was awesome to watch them make it! If you haven't been there, it looks like the gyro meat spits, that turn and turn...but theirs are with ice and go a heck of a lot faster. Taste: The amount of flavors is overwhelming! We all got something different so we could have a variety. I got the small Frozen Hot KoKo, my niece got the baby icing flavored ice and my sister got one of their "upgrades," it was called the Bama Rama...?...maybe...haha! Yelp fail! I tried to look on their site but couldn't find it. It was ice cream in the bottom with the small creamsicle shaved ice on top. It was really good! Price: It all was delicious, but the price did sting. For our two smalls and one baby it was over $13. Definite sticker shock compared to the mom and pop places we normally go. A fun place with TONS of options. Not just your typical "snowcone" stand. I particularly like the "Bahama Colada" while my kids enjoy the vast number of snowcone flavor options and sprinkles. They have some game options for use that makes for some fun, just know pieces are likely missing and you may have to make up your own rules if you don't already know the game.
