I proceeded to show her I was trying to confirm the order and she just continued to say "confirm it confirm it" like i was getting to that. She then hands me the order and i'm holding it as flat as can be when getting it into the window and she says "make sure you hold it flat" so i do and she proceeds to yell at me "DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT FLAT MEANS." I just drove off bc im not the one today on this holiday. Hope it was worth the attitude on mother's day. Do better.
