I NEVER eat pineapples, but for some reason they tasted good when mixed with the smoothie. I also don't even like coconuts, so I was amazed to learn that the flakes didn't stand out among the bowl. The taste of the smoothie is prominent while the toppings are faint. By the time I was at the bottom, I was full, but in a non-painful way because this is healthy.
