Is there anything better than a great snow cone on a sizzling hot day? I can't think of it if there is one. I went through the drive thru at Buck's and bought the biggest snow cone they had. I had banana & white coconut. The cup was huge and the topper on the cone was huge as well. I added cream and a scoop of vanilla as well. So good. I'm not sure if they make their own syrups or not, whatever they use it is top quality flavor. Service was quick and the people at the window was friendly. If you love a great snow cone you should give this place a taste. read more

I got guava small shaved ice and I guess it was hard for them to see if the syrup made it all the way to the bottom bc the guava was white. I didnt get any syrup in the middle or the bottom. They didnt pour enough. It was ok bc I'm from Dallas. I was just here for the fourth. There isnt much to do in this town and I'm glad they have bahama bucks here. read more

I want to give a great big shout out to the Bahama Buck's in Wichita Falls Texas on Kemp. To Bree and the whole crew from GiGi and Danye. My grandson and l moved to Texas from Chicago. Bahama Buck's is our favorite place to visit daily. The crew there are wonderful people that always serve us with a smile and make us feel love and appreciated. This drive thru takes way took long for its product. My family waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. And then for the sno cone to not even be fully flavored? The middle of the tigers blood sno cone isn't supposed to be white. If it wasn't for my kids I would never come here. read more

Taller blonde girl with short hair in a pony tail talked very loudly with her friends, ignored customers waiting to order, and continued to serve and pass out free beverages to her friends while forgetting the other customer's orders who had been waiting for a while (we weren't the only ones being forgotten about!). After waiting for about fifteen minutes for my forgotten order and finally getting service at the cashier, a younger man came up and quickly got my order taken care of. Definitely a must for a cooling down refreshment regardless of the temperature and especially after dinner. However the drive thru is the only problem due to me having a large truck and the narrow turns to get to the window. There are some areas on the post that are beginning to rot out and need to be replaced but seem to have been painted over to be done at a later date. Order a bomb pop shaved ice with gummy bear add on. When they handed me my shaved I told them it was missing gummy bears. The lady said "oh yea I missed that can't change it now." Then closed the window. Worst customer service ever. She repeated the order back correctly so I don't know how it was missed. Rude. We pulled up to Bahama Buck's about 4 minutes before close. Their "Open" sign was still on when we pulled into the drive through to order--still not 10pm, and we got an automated message that they were closed. As we pulled around to the window we watched the cashier quickly lock the window and go back into the store. They were laughing and giggling like they had been so clever by dodging us. We ordered are drink at 6:34 and it was 6:50 when we got it! In that amount of time there where about 3 people that already went through the drive through and two people that did a walk up like us. Bahama Buck's serves what I think of as Italian Ice. This place is very similar to Rita's Italian Ice, but with many many more flavors (At least 50, if not 100 flavors). It is NOT a snow cone, which is good by me. I got a peach ice in the baby size for $3. The baby size ice is still very large, and I can't imagine eating any more than a baby size. My friend had kiwi, and that was equally good. The have a little hook game you can play while you wait for your ice, and there is also a drive through. Be careful with that hook game. Pretty self explanatory. You go up to the window and order or go through the drive thru. The staff wasn't that helpful or friendly but I didn't have too many questions. It's a little run down, but the bathroom is clean. There's snow cone, coffee, or smoothie options. I had the bahamakazie which hit the spot. It's a great spot for summertime. read more

Ordered a bahama soda, and the description was "an icy blend of soda and a bahama flavor". I ordered one of their coke blends, and when they meant an icy blend, they meant literally coke with ice. I go to Bahama Bucks about twice a week, usually getting multiple drinks. Last week there was a discrepancy in terminology (smoothie/slushie) and I confused the girl working the drive through, she got frustrated and understandably an attitude. I corrected myself but she must not have heard and kept on with her rudeness. So I gave her attitude back when a second girl gets on the speaker to also give me attitude. Confusion cleared, whatever. It takes 10 minutes or so for me to get to the window and the girls from the speaker are LOUDLY talking shit about me. The guy taking my money apologized and took care of me. I sat at the window for a few minutes also and by the time I was pulling away they were STILL going on about it. I get that some customers can suck and I was unfortunately that person (for saying "slushie" instead of "smoothie" once.. really ladies?), but you should consider teaching your employees to wait until the customer is gone. Bahama Bucks is delicious and cheap, but tact goes a long way and I won't be returning. read more
