This is not for real coffee drinkera. Reminds me of sonic. Coffee is very sweet and weak tasting. Music is terrible and way too loud, staff seems like they don't want to be there, and why are the prices so high? It's a drive-through only, so they don't have added costs of interior furnishings and bathroom maintenance like other coffee shops have. They're just making higher profits on overpriced drinks. read more

I generally go to Starbucks but thought I would give this new place a try.... well I can tell you it was a big disappointment.... I ordered two drinks, one was hot Matcha Latte and received a "WARM" Latta. The second order was Iced Coffee which taste burnt and I requested a straw, however did not receive one. Have been there several times...the first times, the mocha coffee was great...then, obviously forgot the chocolate the next time....then began asking for "enough chocolate"...which doubled the amount of chocolate....too sweet! My friend, who follows the cleanliness ratings of these food/beverage places, says 7Brew has a very low rating because they do not regularly clean their appliances.....yuck! Probably won't be back; so sad....I really did like their coffee at the beginning (which was last year)! read more

7Brew has great potential, but the coffee and service can be inconsistent. The SW Parkway location is consistently better than the Piedmont one. When the coffee is right, it's amazing--just hoping for more consistency across locations. read more

Military,veteran,responder and family business friendly review update. For those of you that read that's my normal page. I originally stated this was a military,veteran and family Friendly,as of today, my fourth time visiting, I found out, they do not do military, and veteran discounts. They still do first responder.! There was no manager I could ask questions to at the time just a shift lead. The person come to find out that was taking my order was actually the shift lead when I asked him about my discount when I was getting ready to pay he said they did not have one. then I told him I've been here a few other times and I have gotten that discount. he then stated his employees should not have done that. At the same time his body language and his tone of voice spoke wildly get out of here with that bulls**t. then I politely asked, do you still have first responder? He stated yes we do. with nine cars behind me and went inside stopped taking orders. He took my order I said very light ice please. when they were making my drink, they fully filled my cup with ice, and I said I said light ice. Then the shift lead manager jumped out the door at me, and stated and stated if you want any less ice. We are going to have to charge you extra. And then I asked him did I not pay for a 32 ounce drink? And he stated you want any less ice I have to charge you extra even though I paid for a 32 ounce drink I asked? and he said yes, and I remind you when I placed my order I said very light ice. So the person at the door that supposed to be handing me my order best customer service I've had in a while friendly and when his manager jumped out and told me he would have to charge me extra his eyes, went wide,like OMG.did he just do this so when he head in my drink, he apologized and said have a good day. So in review. Sadly, he was the best part of the whole experience at 7brew. I will have to end it here for those of you that read me you're used to more in depth. This is just supposed to be an update from my previous original post to the public. I normally don't use yelp. For my military, veteran and family this is not a friendly business to the military family or veterans/first responders. You still get your discount but from talking from the employees the only reason you get your discount is. having you show up there is security for them not getting robbed. Overall review pulling up building is a pleasure throwback to look at with a neon style lighting most employees were a pleasure. And I liked the up front person-to-person placing my order. Normally when I'm the window, my order is ready for pick up, but this one time today for a midnight rain. I sat there for 15 minutes, waiting for it to be made and hand it to me. I had so much time I sat there, and I got to know the person that hands me my orders. And I'll re-iterate his customer service was phenomenal. and while I am sitting there 15 minutes. waiting for my midnight rain. He keeps asking for it. While the shift lead manager is just standing there in the store and the ladies keep telling him we were told he has to wait for his order. I'm starting to feel like it's all because. I asked question and that's what I do in my spare time to look out for my fellow veterans military and their family and first responders. The hostility in the way I was treated by shift manager was absolutely appalling. And this business Negligent in hiring a person that acts like this. in any type of management position now that's that's done gone to the drinks. They are absolutely delicious. I like them now after this experience they are not worth the cost versus what you get. because if I'm ordering a 32 ounce drink and I decide I want no out icing it and you at your price for a 32 ounce drink you were telling me I have to pay more if I want no ice. Never before have I ever had this problem with a business I'm thinking it was just your management not your business. At least I hope so. I will write another review in two months and see if any other policy has changed and the customer service. read more
