I'm not going to lie and say I didn't have incorrect ideas or thoughts about this place. However, after my experience here I can admit that my thoughts were wrong. I came in to a wonderfully set up store and was greeted by a very friendly, helpful, and kind gentleman that was eager to answer all my questions and also provide a learning experience. I had done some research about CBD online, but it pales in comparison to the knowledge of the staff here. I was not oversold and was guided to a different variety of products to think over and given a great option to try. At no point did I feel like I had to buy anything or felt any pressure. Well, wasted 30 bucks on coils I can't use. I went in and asked if they had the rpm2 coils "but not the skinny ones, i need the thick ones" Yeah I should have known the exact number, apparently the skinny ones are called 3.0? I don't know what the the thick ones are called still. But I was clear that I didn't want the skinny ones. I said that first. Assuming he understood me, he said "we have the 3.0s" I said awesome, not knowing 3.0 are the skinny ones. He never let me see them, they were in his hand the whole time including check out. Once I paid he handed them to me and I saw they were the skinny ones. I can't use the skinny ones. Before I even left, as soon as I saw they were the skinny ones I asked if he could exchange them. He said they're out of the other ones, I asked for my money back, he said they can't do refunds, I asked if I could exchange them later when they get the new ones in, he said yes if I don't open it. I asked if I could leave them there and he said no because they'll get lost or resold, so I brought them home and stored them on my shelf, untouched for a week. Box still unopened and factory sealed, same exact price as the correct ones! I came back in 3 times to exchange them and they didn't have them. Today they had them and he said he spoke with the owner and he said they won't exchange them and that he told me twice they were 3.0s. And claims he showed them to me when he did not. I didn't get to see them until after I paid. I feel scammed, I'm out 30 bucks for something I can't even use. I drove back a total of 3 times for nothing. This place is the worst. Watch out. They're dishonest and deceitful. Eta,Now after I've posted this and seen the other reviews, it seems this is a thing they do on purpose to people. Also upon looking at the box, these aren't even 3.0, it says 0.6, so he even said the right ones but gave me the wrong ones. Somehow my Google review disappeared, some how, magically, my negative review is invisible to the public, I'm guessing it was paid to be removed. So I'll copy it and I'll keep posting it.

To make it easier for anybody to find, Its upstairs right by the food court, and right next to Bath and Bodyworks... the best part about purchasing from Vape city is that they have a policy where if anything happens to the device, you can exchange it for a brand new one, which I have never heard of in my entire life at any Vape store that I've been to!!! Not to mention they sell Kratom as well as a wide variety of vapes and disposable Vape sticks. 10 !!!! Not to mention, the manager was the nicest person EVER.
