They were very quick to get me scheduled for an appointment after I had been told by multiple other dress shops that they were fully booked through October. It was such a relief to get an appointment with them so fast. I had my first fitting in August and it was very clear from the start that Svetlana knew exactly what she was doing and was going to take great care with my dress. I picked up my dress four weeks later and the alterations were perfect! It was such a relief to have the dress ready to go a month before the actual wedding. It was also very reasonably priced to have all the alterations done. I'm not sure how many future alterations I will need done, but I know I will be going to Young' Bridal!

This disappointed me greatly as I could not tell what the dress was going to look like once it fit (I typically wear a size 0-2). I understand that stores carry large sizes to accommodate a variety of women, but I believe they should also carry a small sample size. The staff members were friendly while taking measurements and ordering the dress but overall I was not impressed by this store. I will not be buying my bridesmaid dresses here for my wedding for a variety of reasons, but mainly because of their location and lack of sample sizes. I want my bridesmaids to be comfortable and know what the dresses will look like before they order them.

They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. I had issues with them from the start and once she pinned it I told her it still felt too big I had to continuously hold it together my chest. The waist just felt bulky and you could tell how big it was. Once I came back to do my finally fitting the top felt as though she did nothing to it and the waist look awful bc it was so big. I told her there it was still too big you could see my bra that I was wearing with the dress. She fixed it while I was there but it did nothing!! At this point I was so dissatisfied with my whole experience I was done with her. I had already spend the same amount of money that was spent on the dress. That is ridiculous!!! Especially when you have a bride who is so unhappy. If I could do this over I would never go to them for anything! There is a reason there are class action lawsuits on them. All my pictures from that day you can see how horrible of a job this person did. In pictures you can see what I was wearing underneath the dress my bra would show and I was constantly hold the top to me the entire night of my wedding. If they would have just ordered the correct size and I would not go to them for alterations bc they charge over $500 and there are tons of amazing places you can go to who don't charge almost the same amount as your dress I also would rethink going to them at all.
