It was everything that lead up to closing that was stressful, but she guided us through everything, taking time to explain to us newbies about the homebuying process, which means a lot when you're buying your first house! Connie definitely went the extra mile and was always reliable, available and impressively on top of things. There wasn't a moment where we didn't feel like she wasn't working for US! She not only attended the home inspection, but when the inspector informed us of electrical issues, she was immediately on the phone with electricians in the area, setting up appointments for free estimates, and when I had expressed interest in relocating a door in the house, she set up an appointment with a contractor for an estimate for that.
