Craig and his team just put a metal roof on our house, did a great job…read more Craig is responsive, always calling back quickly to answer questions, quotes came fast and he was knowledgeable about the various kinds of roofing materials available. He was very flexible as we changed our minds once and was able to provide a new quote quickly. Once we committed to getting the work done, he was again very responsive, with the work being completed within a couple weeks of the time we decided what to do. While they were here, they also fixed a problem with one of our gutters, and last fall they were on-site the same day we had a problem with our old shingles blowing loose in a wind storm. One of the ways I evaluate any person I do business with is what they do when there is a problem; we had a an unanticipated issue with a snow storm with very high winds getting some snow into our attic while the project was underway and Craig and his team were again, responsive, helpful and dealt with the issue with no conflict or hassle for us. Craig was recommended to us by a friend, who made the comment that "This guy just gets stuff done!" and I agree with that.
