I hired Matt's Plumbing to completely replumb my home. At first, I was happy with their work--very…read moreprofessional, showed up when they said they would, and things seemed to be going smoothly. Unfortunately, a few months later, a hose bibb they installed broke off overnight and caused a major flood under my modular home, washing out part of the foundation. They did come out the same day to fix the broken bibb, but the real issue became clear after the water receded: serious damage to the foundation. When I called to speak with the owner to explain what had happened, I was told I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone above a man named Jake. He insisted the hose bibb that broke wasn't their responsibility--claiming it was pre-existing. It wasn't. Their plumber installed it during the replumb. They also told me beforehand that a shut-off valve would be added, but that never happened either. Jake went on to claim the foundation damage was due to 30 years of rain runoff, which simply isn't true. He never came out to inspect the damage himself. I had recently been under the house myself, running a coax cable, and there were no signs of damage at that time. I've since had two licensed foundation contractors assess the issue--both confirmed the damage was not from rain runoff and both are willing to testify to that in court. The repairs are estimated between $8,000 and $15,000, and Matt's Plumbing has refused to take any responsibility or even continue the conversation. I paid for a full replumb to avoid plumbing issues--and instead, I'm left with more problems and major expenses. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Matt's Plumbing.

Changing the hot and cold values (stems) was not an easy fix, actually impossible. The unit was so old it was rusted out internally. Robert did a wonderful job in replacing and welding the new faucet unit which required quite a bit of effort and skill... We would differently give All Purpose Plumbing (5) stars. It needed replacement because valve bracket was broken. He estimated around $350 and had to go get the parts. Before he left he fixed leaky sink #1. Rob came back less than an hour later and replaced the washer box. He then fixed leaky sink #2 and #3. Total was $600, washer box came out to a little more. Was definitely worth the work. Only complaint, I didn't know I would need to find someone else to replace drywall that was removed for new washer box. They gave me a referral, though. Highly recommend this company.
