The technicians that came out were polite, answered any questions we had, did an amazing job on installation and it took less time (even with thunderstorms) for the work to be completed. When it comes to price, I do not recommend the GOAT plumbing. On 11/2024 they came out and fixed a leaking pipe in my front yard, I was billed $257 for a 30 min water line repair. Yesterday they came out and she charged me $500 for a 30 min water line repair , same type of repair, just on the other side of the pipe and easier to access than last time. I did question the price, she educated me on higher cost of materials and gas prices. Again they took care of my repair the same day and both plumbers were knowledgeable, I just need to do my homework and find a local plumber who is a bit more reasonable to keep in my phonebook.
