Instead of responding professionally, the owner publicly accused the defendant of having an "extensive FTA history," which is completely false. This was the defendant's first arrest, and he has never failed to appear in court. Collateral was also never an issue, despite what was claimed in their response. The owner also falsely claimed that I had a "meltdown" when I very simply and calmly called to inquire about services. What was most concerning was the owner choosing to personally attack me as a reviewer rather than address the actual concern about customer service. The response was defensive, inappropriate, and honestly confirmed the exact experience I described in my original review.
