The man who answered the phone was rude from the beginning, and the interaction only became worse afterward. My original review on google simply mentioned the poor customer service I experienced. Instead of responding professionally, the owner publicly accused the defendant of having an "extensive FTA history," which is completely false. This was the defendant's first arrest, and he has never failed to appear in court. Collateral was also never an issue, despite what was claimed in their response. The owner also falsely claimed that I had a "meltdown" when I very simply and calmly called to inquire about services. What was most concerning was the owner choosing to personally attack me as a reviewer rather than address the actual concern about customer service. The response was defensive, inappropriate, and honestly confirmed the exact experience I described in my original review.

I sent him $1300 for a $1500 bond, have all the receipts to verify. The charges were dropped Nov. 4th.. Nelson was returned the bond money to which he owes me $1100 after his fee. He has been stalling and lying ever since. Ridiculous lies like he cannot figure out how to use Zelle, or mail a check.. He has made me jump through hoops, emailing notarized documents and photos of identification (I have all documents and communications archived). At this point he has blocked my phone number because I keep following up and inquiring why he refuses to return money that he is holding illegally.
