Hidden in some language in their contract. Breach of contract is a civil matter so are they abusing their reach as probation officers at this location? I wish it was me who was on bond instead of my client because I promise you, I would make them stand on this "contract" and take this to the Supreme Court if necessary. Another overreach with AI as the driving force. Avoid this company and their nasty customer service at all costs. This was the defendant's first arrest, and he has never failed to appear in court. Collateral was also never an issue, despite what was claimed in their response. The owner also falsely claimed that I had a "meltdown" when I very simply and calmly called to inquire about services. What was most concerning was the owner choosing to personally attack me as a reviewer rather than address the actual concern about customer service.
