I called to request if they had the case number for what I pulled bail out on. because I realized the person I bailed out was arrested for 2 of the same type of crime, but did it 2 separate time. spoke to Donovan who proceeded to scream at me over the phone because they personally knew the person I bailed out. donovan refused to give me any information to identify what I just paid for. Then he proceeded to bring up my young child and threatened that if I kept doing what I was doing that I would lose custody of my child. I understand if he wasn't allowed to give me a case number. But, I, as a paying customer was literally screamed at over the phone and threatened. the person I bailed out was arrested for using a weapon in a robbery, I didn't realize they had two completely separate cases out because there was two separate alleged incident. Donovan kept this information from me and then proceeded to threaten me saying that I would lose my daughter if I didn't stop.
