First time ever needing a bail bonds, we called several places a few didn't answer, one finally did…read moreand i think I woke him up, it was about 8 or 9 AM,I explained the situation, he was going to call the sheriffs Dept and call me back, in the meantime my son called me and said expect a call from Robi, few minutes later he called me I explained to him what was going on, Robi explained things to me first then said he would call the station and get back to me, he called back and he couldn't get in touch with the jailer, but would keep me posted every 1/2 hr or so, which he did and said one of the stations system was down, said ok it seemed like hrs but it was minutes went by & I couldn't stand the suspense so I called the station and was told system down, they had been having problems with it, few minutes after I called Robi called and said system was still down and asked if I had called. Bottom line it wasn't till the evening when we were finally heading to the station, we waited for Andrew to get there, once he was there he explained everything to us and once my sone was released he explained things to him. Our family had never experienced this situation. The next day I had aa few questions and I called Robi, he answered them and then later he sent me a text with more info. The process is not complete, but so far they have been very helpful.
