They have wasted three hours of my billable time (billable to them!) because they wouldn't honor a minute order by the judge's own clerk about the bail amount, which my client had to post by noon. Utterly inexcusable and incompetent! read more

Bail hotline was wonderful to work with . They worked with my girlfriend on coming up with a. Payment plan that was affordable . With a down payment. That was all I could come up with on short notice.they were really quick to get me out . Even before the other people getting released they called me by name and escorted me out.but best if all and the reason I will always use bail hotline is because as good as the payment plan was they let us renegotiate it once u found out I needed to find s new job they. Ur our already good payment plan in half. For that I will use bail hotline for anyone I need to bailout read more

Worst company ever!!! Use anyone but them. They will call you non stop all day everyday and harass your references. They have no customer service skills, they take advantage of you when you need help the most. read more

screw this place! i had assumed they were legit!!!!they are not!!!! dont ever go there or use them. they dont care about you or your loved ones! they left me and my children in tons of mental anguish by their lies!!! not to mention had me and my boys drove 1 hour to the office, had us wait from 9 til 1a.m.for approval! to find out after sitting at the jail for 6 hours they couldnt do what they promised. read more

We explained that he had went but a day late the public defender told my brother she would secure a new court date but would need a reinstatement letter from Answer Bail Bonds. My mother made contact with Oscar and Luis at Answer. Explained that we were working with the publuc defender to secure a new court date but needed a reinstatement letter. We explained the situation to Luis at Answer and he provided a reinstatement letter. The public defender was busy and had not yet secured a court date. The bailbondman called me before he knocked at my moms door, The bail bondman explained that he understood what took place but wanted to take my brother to court to resolve the issue. We explained that we were in communication with his attorney. He asked that we have the atty call him. She called him, explained to the bailbondsman that she got him on calendar at 1:30 that afternoon which is what he asked us to do. He told his atty that he decided to just take him to jail. ANSWER BAILBONDSMAN took my brother to jail and outright lied to both me and my mother. My mom called Answer's office who offered no help. They were concerned about their money. We proved he was not running from court but they did not care My brother attended court and the judge reinstated his bail to the original amount because his atty explained that he did go to court. My brother sits in jail for their lack of customer service. At the end of the day they didn't do what was right for the customer they did what was right for their pockets. They SCREWED us! Beware!!!

If you would like to just learn more about the community through the different cultural classes, just sign up for the emails and you can be alerted for upcoming classes that they offer. I've taken amigurumi (crochet), ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), and a cooking class. All of the instructors are great and mostly volunteers. So it just shows you what a great community there is. They have festivals through the year and also help put on the West Covina Cherry Blossom Festival. They also host the West Covina obon at the center but it is organized by the Buddhist church which is based out of the community center. So there is just a lot of activities that you can get involved with.
