I had to visit this business on Friday 9/14/2016; after business hours. I stopped in to ask a staff member to make photocopies of a document that I need. As I started to write down on paper, the Mexican guy turned into a real jerk! A complete A - hole! What's the big deal, if I wanted to write something down on paper? I really just think that it is JUST another form of DISCRIMINATION and RACISM, when it rears its ugly head! So, I offered to give the .20 cents for the copies and as I was leaving. I told him that I did not like his attitude and that I would never come into his establishment again! He proceeded to throw the change down on the floor and then he said some horrible things like " Go on and get out of here" What? So, I just said okay Radiah. Don't lose it and I proceed to leave and I said "God Bless You". When I got outside, I gave him a little piece of my mind. As I started to walk across the street, where I was going in the first place, but their copy machine wasn't working. I waited a brief moment and I proceeded to walk back to where that business was. At that time. The two men that were inside (I guess they saw me and they came outside) I can't remember if they were smoking or not. I don't recall. But, then I said you know what, " I am going to yelp your business. He then says, by the way! My name is ------! That was it! Such a jerk off! But, I am not stupid or dumb to the fact. No, he's just a pure racist. I could say more, but I won't. I won't let people like that get under my skin. His loss! Anyways, its strange just to see Racism and Discrimination come out! I laugh in its face sometimes. I mean, what is the problem with writing something. Granted I was not buying anything, but I did give him some change for the photocopies! He says, I can't have you writing anything or doing anything down there. Not exactly in those words, but he said something about doing something... I do not remember exactly what he said. Whatever, he said its enough. Oh well... Anyone who's reading this. I say that you guys don't patronize his business. What else could it be but RACISM and DISCRIMINATION? I guarantee if I would have been Caucasian, Chinese, light skinned or whatever; Or even dressed to a tee... I would not have gotten that type of treatment. Hello to all viewers I don't even know where to begin let me just start off by saying my friend asked could he use my car because his car was in the shop getting repaired I agreed to let my friend use my car one because it was my day off and two I had no plans on leaving my bed or my home for no reason all I wanted to do was rest WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! my friend calls me from jail telling me he had got arrested and my BRAND NEW 2018 ACRURA is Impounded and he was arrested and towed for driving on suspended license with priors his bail was 20,000 I had never dealt with anyone being arrested before nor have I ever dealt with a car being impounded I could have cried a river as I was listening to my friend asking me to help him get out of jail!!! Thinking to myself what about my CAR! I remain calm of course I called around to get info on what should I do and how to get my vehicle back in my possession all for them to tell me I could not come get my car until the next day and the amount of that would be a total of $485 plus a $115 release fee this is not all!!! So After all of that I get into a lift and go to the police station to bail my friend out of his jam and the police station direct me across the street to bail hotline so I walk over to there company to get help for my friend I was greeted by a woman name Angel who I truly adored she educated me about the process and how everything works she was very well spoken and very respectful and I really enjoyed talking with her she made me feel like everything was going to be ok after speaking with her and telling Angel my situation she guided me over to another young lady by the name of Elisa who also had a warm and kind hearted spirited I was so scared walking into this company because I didn't no what I was facing and I didn't have $20,000 dollars to get my friend out of jail but Elisa got my friend out of jail within hours for 7percent down I was so thankful... thank you Elisa and thank you Angel you two women are well worth a company having this is a company that is underrated they don't have enough stars on this board for them read more

He took my initial inquiry and let me know that at the time he did not have any information for me however he would call me back if if he got any updates.as the day went by I had already forgotten that I had requested for some assistance, and about 7 PM PST Iif you to follow up call from Carlos to find out if I had had any updates in regards to my inquiry and that he didn't have anything yet but will keep following up if I if I wish. I did have an update for him so he no longer had to pursue my case. Do NOT use them. Biggest scammers. I had to bail someone out. They did NOT tell me I needed an attorney RIGHT WAY to get the 8% premium - meaning I would have saved $700.00. I hired an attorney right after I posted and they would not honor. All the other "reputable" bond companies honor up to 30 days. This company is a bunch of sharks.
