I had to visit this business on Friday 9/14/2016; after business hours. I stopped in to ask a staff member to make photocopies of a document that I need. As I started to write down on paper, the Mexican guy turned into a real jerk! A complete A - hole! What's the big deal, if I wanted to write something down on paper? I really just think that it is JUST another form of DISCRIMINATION and RACISM, when it rears its ugly head! So, I offered to give the .20 cents for the copies and as I was leaving. I told him that I did not like his attitude and that I would never come into his establishment again! He proceeded to throw the change down on the floor and then he said some horrible things like " Go on and get out of here" What? So, I just said okay Radiah. Don't lose it and I proceed to leave and I said "God Bless You". When I got outside, I gave him a little piece of my mind. As I started to walk across the street, where I was going in the first place, but their copy machine wasn't working. I waited a brief moment and I proceeded to walk back to where that business was. At that time. The two men that were inside (I guess they saw me and they came outside) I can't remember if they were smoking or not. I don't recall. But, then I said you know what, " I am going to yelp your business. He then says, by the way! My name is ------! That was it! Such a jerk off! But, I am not stupid or dumb to the fact. No, he's just a pure racist. I could say more, but I won't. I won't let people like that get under my skin. His loss! Anyways, its strange just to see Racism and Discrimination come out! I laugh in its face sometimes. I mean, what is the problem with writing something. Granted I was not buying anything, but I did give him some change for the photocopies! He says, I can't have you writing anything or doing anything down there. Not exactly in those words, but he said something about doing something... I do not remember exactly what he said. Whatever, he said its enough. Oh well... Anyone who's reading this. I say that you guys don't patronize his business. What else could it be but RACISM and DISCRIMINATION? I guarantee if I would have been Caucasian, Chinese, light skinned or whatever; Or even dressed to a tee... I would not have gotten that type of treatment. UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. We made it very clear to the Bail Hotline agent that we were NOT using their services and that we had chosen Ace Deuce Bail Bonds. There was no confusion and no authorization given for her to move forward on our behalf. Despite being told this directly, the agent continued pushing the issue, attempted to involve herself in posting bail anyway, and refused to simply step away from the situation. We had to tell her AGAIN that we were going through Ace Deuce. Her behavior came across as rude, aggressive, and completely disrespectful of our decision. When someone says, "We are not using your company," that should be the end of the conversation. A family dealing with an already stressful jail situation should not have to repeatedly defend its choice of bail bond company or deal with an agent who refuses to take no for an answer. The contrast between the two companies could not have been clearer. Huge shout-out to Ace Deuce Bail Bonds for remaining professional, respectful, calm, and focused on helping us through the process. Oakland's bail hotline Bail bonds needs to get some professional and licensed bail agents that don't try to take your money. As y'all can see I did to her what they thought they were going to do to me. I made them give me my cash back kept the tshirt to wash my car and crazy how I gave them an alias name and continuously said I wasn't a cosigner but they put the name down as a cosigner and one of the cosigners whom they ran a check on wasn't even listed as a cosigner. They wasn't trying to give up a receipt for the cash but I have a 10 minute video of Jennifer stating I would get my same cash back tomorrow if it wasn't approved. I want to personally thank and give a shout out to Carlos at the Oaklandvale hotline. He took my initial inquiry and let me know that at the time he did not have any information for me however he would call me back if if he got any updates.as the day went by I had already forgotten that I had requested for some assistance, and about 7 PM PST Iif you to follow up call from Carlos to find out if I had had any updates in regards to my inquiry and that he didn't have anything yet but will keep following up if I if I wish. I did have an update for him so he no longer had to pursue my case. Carlos seriously blew me out of the water the fact that he called and followed up when he said he was going to he even remembered why I had asked for assistance in the first place. Do NOT use them. Biggest scammers. I had to bail someone out. They did NOT tell me I needed an attorney RIGHT WAY to get the 8% premium - meaning I would have saved $700.00. I hired an attorney right after I posted and they would not honor. All the other "reputable" bond companies honor up to 30 days. This company is a bunch of sharks.
