They came to my house to apprehend someone who didn't show up for court, not only did they manhandle him, but they also kicked my door down and refused to pay for this! They didn't even give an opportunity to go to the door before they kicked it down. They are very rude. They call me they harass me. This is a very unprofessional company do not do business with them! Well I had to bail out a friend and went Bad Boys in Oakland. Weekday Afternoon - The manager, the office assistant and a new guy helped me out. Surprisingly enough they made the whole process quite painless. They were all very understanding, friendly and patient. It was quick and easy. The pm staff: FIVE STARS OF FIVE STARS. .......................................................................................................................... However the night staff was not so helpful. In fact the CUSTOMER SERVICE they offered WAS TERRIBLE. They were all very slow and unprofessional. Example of this: We walked into the office around 2 AM. to get an update (on the bail status) we (3 of us) just stood in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes without any staff present in the office at all. It was pretty bizarre. Finally a younger man came from somewhere in the back of the office and apologized. He explained that the office assistant fell asleep (she must have been in a very deep deep sleep - lol because we were calling out for help). From here it only got WORSE. The younger gentlemen who helped us was simply put- RUDE, IMPATIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Truth be told, had I not already paid for the process I would have taken my business elsewhere. The night staff: 0 STARS OF FIVE STARS. ............................................................................................................................ The next day I called and spoke with the manager who extended his apologies for the bad experience we received that night. He seemed genuinely apologetic and sincere. No one wants to be here if they don't have to be. Unfortunately the 7 of us had to come here and put our finances together to bail a friend out. The process was lengthy only because Stephanie had to ring up 3 separate credit cards and count 4 others cash and then write us all separate receipts. She was patient with us, explained the process and in the end our dear friend was released back into the community. She was kind enough to give us about 10 different colored lanyards, I mean we did just forked over $10k to her. Gotta take off a star because she was suppose to call one of us as soon as bail was posted, never got the call and a couple of us had to blindly drive out to Santa Rita at 3 am only to find out he had already taken a $65 cab back to Oakland. Bad boys were would i be with out you??? Ha in jail already. Ha ok on a serious note originally was fuming from the poor unprofessional service i received. Called in regards to posting bail for my self, had a lawyer and warrant issued for my arrest. Was not in custody at the time but was trying to avoid that. I left my info with two different people who told me they would get back In contact with me when they had the answers to my questions. Never did i get a call back. So i figured my best bet would be to go in person and try to get something done that way since phone didn't work. When i walked in there was a lady at the front desk by the name of Tamika, who acknowledged and greeted me. I told her how the phone service was obviously not working and my situation, she was very attentive. Than pulled and filled out all the proper papers needed gave me her business card and told her to come back wit the rest and she would follow threw herself. Since than all has been well.i made the bail and have not had any issue. I go in and am recognized and addressed by name which is making me feel a littler better about coughing up over $6,000 :( Hopefully you will never have to bail out someone or bail yourself. On March 27th Tameka from bad boys bail bonds sat down with me in their Oakland office. A friend of mine had been arrested and we needed to bail him out she said with a $500 deposit she will drive down to Santa Rita and post bail. It took her several hours to post bail after promising she would go right away. Many hours later my friends father posted bail with Aladdin bails bond. Tameka then called me saying I had 1hr to pick up my deposit I explained to her that I was 1hr and 30min away and that would be impossible. She hung up right after saying 'Sh$% I ain't got no time to be waitin' then said good luck with getting it back because she was tired and was ready to leave work. I couldn't believe what I had heard she was so angry and rude. I called back and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes I hung up and called back they explained that I would have to wait for a check even though I paid in cash. I said if that is policy I can understand even though she had the same cash in the office. Still I waited 2 weeks for the check still no check, no call, I call again and was placed on hold they said they would call me when the check gets there it is now April 22 still my deposit has not been returned they are so unprofessional and rude I don't even know who I would be able to speak to within their office. They seems to be holding my deposit out of spite. I've never raised my voice, I am a very understanding person but this has gone too far. read more

The best bail bonds experience ever! I have used Alladin Bail Bonds several times in the past and so never considered going anywhere else. However, my last experience with Alladin was so bad I will never ever go back there. After going to their location late in the evening and waiting the usual couple of hours to do paperwork everything was approved and I went home being told that the inmate would be bailed within 6 hours. One hour after getting home Alladin called me and told me that I had to come back with more money. Once I returned with the additional money, they again changed the amount and wanted even more. At this point I said we had no more money and wanted a refund so I could go to another bail bonds and get my friend out. They refused to issue me a refund on the spot even though I had paid cash, telling me I had to wait until 8am, pushing my friends release time by an additional 12 plus hours. I went home at this point because I needed a break after being there over 8 hours. I called bad boy bail and told them the whole story. Because it was 3am at this point, the agent agreed to get all of the paperwork together and bring it to my house so that I would not have to waste any more of my time. I thought that was the best thing I'd heard of in bail bonds business! The agent was even kinder in that he was willing to work with me even though most of our money was held up with the other bonds man. read more
