While chatting with an attorney, they mentioned that they could send a letter on my behalf, send me to small claims court, or have someone else represent me because I was too far away. If anything, my daughter should be suing him for breech of contract and not showing up for her in Court and then telling her that she needs to find another attorney that he had health issues.
