Received a voicemail simply saying the appointment has been cancelled because the therapist will no longer be in that Mon, Tue but will be in Wed. No consideration given to provide potential alternate times. This is Incredibly inconsiderate and frustrating. After a few days, Catherine followed up with her to make sure she was doing okay and was extremely flexible in booking an appointment for her if she chose to do so. I was really impressed with the computerized postural analyses. I was able to put a visual reference to where I was experiencing my pain.
