He introduced himself with a handshake and immediately greeted our cat when he walked into the room to seeing what was going on. He diagnosed our issue within minutes and went straight to work! He chatted with me while he worked and was extremely personable. He took photos and videos both before and after the job and tested every aspect of the sink/disposal before he left. He guaranteed his work for 10 days , but we needed him to come back for our water leaking issues , he said he was 50 minutes away . Townsend him pictures . Then stated that he turned it over to his manager , oh but we thought the he owned the company. Oh , but his manger is his wife . She did email us , and ask for pictures instead of Josh Hauser coming back under his 10 day guarantee, and said that we would have to pay him more money to come back . K owing we already paid $873. .. . We recvd 2 emails from the so called manager , Josh's wife. But we never heard anything back from Josh Hauser under his 10 guarantee. I would never recommend this company for any work needed to be done . He was referred to us by his friends and almost family . But , I would never recommend Josh Hauser or anyone in his company. They are useless as they come when it comes to his 10 day guarantee and him not coming back to complete his job unless we paid more money . I told him in a text that I would be contacting the BBB for him not returning to complete his job under his 10 day guarantee. Because we are 50 minutes away . Oh well. You should always finish what you started. You were paid. Josh probably damaged our lines that he snaked through knowing he should had not done that, and that's why he didn't want to come back . Word of mouth can be good or bad and damaging, but if you don't do right and keep your word . It's useless, and your word is useless to us .
