My friend's mother died and was cremated at Bailey's in 2021. My friend went onto the website to read her mom's obituary again and discovered that it is no longer there. She reached out to Bailey's and they responded, rather coldly, that they updated their website and neglected to include anyone who died before 2024. This is very sad and my heart goes out to her and the many others who no longer can return and read their loved one's obituaries. They could have saved all of that information to ensure it is included in their new website but couldn't be bothered with doing this. Do better. read more

Denver and Bonnie were the best when we needed them for Dad's funeral. They were so very kind and respectful and responded immediately when they got our call. Their facility itself was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They have been in business for over 50 yrs and have served many of our family members as well as friends. They listened and tried to accommodate all the wishes they understood of the deceased as well as his family and loved ones. I have been very impressed with Bailey's Funeral Home. Besides being so professional and kind, they are so conveniently located in Elkhorn City, KY...so close to the Virginia line, they can accommodate families of both States.
