The Bot sent frequent updates on delivery (on our way, 5 stops away, 10 minutes, etc.) so we could plan our day! Cons The tour that the 5 year warranty is "risk free" because of you don't use it, they give you the money back. What i though was confusing that you can only use it towards furniture and bedding, not appliance. And you have to buy something twice as much. So the only way to use our $700 credit is to purchase something greater than $1,500. Better than nothing but not worth the extra costs.

They replaced the couch and loveseat and the delivery driver even said this will happen again because it was the same material. Sure enough it happened with another month. After 1 month they try to say this is normal wear and tear, wrong! I dealt with all this over text messages also. Very unprofessional to say the least. I reported them to BBB and consumer protection. This place shouldnt be open if they are going go sell furniture and not stand behind it.

I said Great and I then asked if she could have someone come out to our home to replace a broken spring in our Couch. She said absolutely. Friday they were too busy with deliveries to come out and measure the spring for replacement and too give a quote. I was told to call back on Monday March 13th 2023 and she would be able to give me a time in which someone would be be able come out and do the quote. I just got off the phone with Mary after an almost 10 Min hold on the phone, to be told that their upholstery guy said he wasn't able to replace One spring and that they couldn't do it. Imagine someone calling themselves an Upholster and not being able to replace one spring. I would do it myself but I'm partially Disabled. Mary was very Rude on top of it and acted very unprofessional afterwards. I would absolutely not purchase anything from this company or have any business dealings with them whatsoever, if I was a potential customer looking for Furniture or any Upholstery Work. Truly Unprofessional, Obviously not Skilled or Knowledgeable enough in the trade of Upholstery to Professionally be able to repair any piece of Furniture.
