I let it pick randomly because I didn't have a preference. You do have to pay a deposit and they have a no show policy but I totally get it so it wasn't a huge deal. The salon is pretty. Super clean. Lots of plants. And everyone was friendly. Madeline was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was professional and friendly. I already had a French manicure that was a week old and already looked pretty terrible. But what really made me go in was the HUGE BLACK AND BLUE middle nail from a softball game. At one point there were 3 technicians surrounding me trying to figure out how to cover up the discoloration and still get the natural color for my engagement pictures! Overall, my nails turned out fabulous and they really did everything to a T. Most places get you in and out ASAP but they did this AND made sure it was done right! He called someone who told him that I'd have to come back at 3pm when they'd be back or I could come back another day. She said my appointment wasn't in her system which I know was wrong because I had set the appointment with the same receptionist two weeks prior.
