The girl doing my pedicure was VERY slow. I noticed two pedicures were nearly completed before mine. I told the receptionist and she said she's new and was dismissive about it. If they are going to put a new person on the floor, they need to make sure she is actually ready. If she is still in training, they need to give the client a discount and inform them the pedicure might be longer than normal. It was not the technicians fault, it was the studios fault. Poor management and poor training. I doubt I'll go back.

This was a great start before entering the "Let's destress" mode! Next was a wonderful piped in meditation period while a sound bowl was being played in a dark and calming room. My wonderful skin care specialist then proceeded to give a soothing facial, peaceful arm & hand massage before proceeding to a cupping session on the facial area. To complete the stay, we then headed off to complete my visit with a sound experience combined with light therapy to assist with calming the skin. I let it pick randomly because I didn't have a preference. You do have to pay a deposit and they have a no show policy but I totally get it so it wasn't a huge deal. The salon is pretty. Super clean. Lots of plants. And everyone was friendly. Madeline was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was professional and friendly. On my last visit, my nail tech checked to make sure I liked the polish color before continuing. They also made sure that they weren't hurting me while they were working magic on my toes. They are clean and have great prices and do a quality job.
